Awful customer service. Had some questions about gifting a phone and was treated very rudely. The lady behind the counter acted like I was bothering her, very unfriendly and unhelpful. I ended up doing the research myself and purchasing online.

Totally unprofessional. I went in today and the employee was on the couch snoring asleep. I was knocking on the counter and she continued asleep. She finally woke up and said "how can I help you". I went on to tell her what I needed and then went back to sleep ??. So frustrating I had to drive to another store while I was in a rush,???
