Idk who answered the phone today but it was a female. I guess she doesn’t want yall to have business because she was rude. I was asking questions regarding new service and she literally hung up. Yeah I’d stay away from this store. Customer service is apparently horrible. Guess I’ll go to metro or something.

Wow Wow Wow Rolando is my hero. He helped me pick out a new phone right for me and my usage. He set it up for me. All with a smile and generous dose of patience. And all while doing an amazing job multitasking. Everyone should go out of their way to let Roland help them with their phone needs and visit his clean and well organized Cricket Store.

Karina! Karina! Karina!
I went in the other day to purchase my dad a new phone and add a new line to my current plan. Not only was she spot on with helping me find the right phone for him, but she also informed me that I was already overpaying for the two lines I currently have. We added the third line and Karina showed me that by upgrading all the phones to the $60/mo plan (with hotspot) that I would actually be saving money rather than spending more.
I originally had a $50 plan + $60 plan ($110) + adding a $30 plan, which should have totaled out to $140 for the three. Karina brought my total down to $105 and gave me a hot spot on all the phones! Karina pointed out that I was not utilizing my free HBO Max included in my phone plans... I have been paying spectrum $16/mo for this on my dads tv. So in total she saved me $35/mo in phone service and $16/mo in subscriptions... A whopping $51/mo was saved by having the privilege of being helped by Miss Karina! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I went into the store to upgrade my phone and Jesse was the associate that helped me. He was very courteous & more than helpful. He made my experience effortless! He was informative about the process and specs regarding the specific phone I was getting. Shout out to Jesse! And go see him for a wonderful experience at Cricket :)

I had the pleasure of being helped by Stephanie G. She went above and beyond to help me. I had to get my phone connected as my phone was ran over. She helped me get the eSIM card ready. She explained why I was having an issue and enlighten me on how the new eSIM cards work. If you go to this place I highly recommend her services. Thank you again Stephanie.

Terrible customer service. There’s only one person working and a long line with tons of people waiting. Person in the front never asked what I could be helped with. Store layout is terrible super hot and smells like BO.

Had an issue with my phone. I have no experience with technology came in talk to Blanca and she helped me out and I just want to say thank you so much for that wet bag of sand off my shoulders. I hate when I have to go in to take care of cell issue. 2 ppl are here the girl in the front is helping someone and moves slower than a snail while the other girl is in the back talking on the phone gossiping about her friend. She could have come out to help me but no. If you need to go into a Cricket store make sure it’s not this one.

I already left a good review for another location earlier but visited the one closest to me today because I was going to buy another screen protector. So ... the nice, young gentleman who's name, unfortunately, I did not get cleaned my phone, protector and made it look awesome again. Thanks! Saved me an unnecessary, additional expense. I'm happy ?
