I visited this location at about 4 pm Feb 26, 2026, to give them my new debit card info since I have my payments automatically withdrawn.
He asked for my phone number, no problem. He then asked for my PIN. I wasn't quite sure. Then he asked for my zip code, no problem. Then he swiped my card and said I was all set.
I was literally in the store at most 5 minutes. Granted, it wasn't busy, but the gentleman working knows his business.
I highly recommend this location.

The people at the store on Austin hwy are so helpful and patient customer service is excellent every time I go there I get excellent service

I have been calling this location non stop for days to follow up about a refund and continuously followed up with no answer. Very frustrating since I'm a truck driver and cannot just stop in the store. Worst service I've ever had
