Stopped to get a new phone and from the start, Jasmine was amazing! She answered all my questions and assisted with all the transferring of my data.
Even though it took a few hours to get all the info from the old phone, she did it with a smile and NEVER complained. She was personable and friendly the entire time! And it was her first day. I am very happy with my experience thanks to her!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience was incredibly disappointing. We went in to change carriers and add a new line, but instead of promotions or helpful guidance, we were handed a paper with plans and costs—zero promotions!
We should’ve thought the decision through more carefully. We ended up spending $500 out the door. How is that saving money? We brought our own phones and only needed one additional device, but it still cost us $200 for a basic iPhone 12. On top of that, we were charged $10 per SIM card and a $25 activation fee for each of our four lines.
The service itself is poor. Sending pictures or texts is unreliable, using the internet or apps like Amazon is frustratingly slow, and photos or videos constantly buffer. None of these issues happened with our previous carrier. There’s also no Apple Bundles or perks to justify the switch.
Looking back, saving $100 upfront clearly wasn’t worth the frustration, lack of savings, and degraded service quality. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Disappointed and Misled
I came into the store today after calling yesterday to confirm they had physical SIM cards available. When I got there, I spoke with Ashley, who was supposed to sell me a physical SIM card. After I paid, she told me they no longer carry physical SIM cards, which was clearly an error.
When I asked for a refund, she said it wasn’t possible and made it seem like physical SIMs were no longer available anywhere. Feeling unsure, I called another store and learned that they do still have physical SIM cards. This really made me question the integrity of the service I received.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but it’s hard to trust an employee when you’re misinformed, especially after spending money. Thankfully, a manager at another location offered to help, but I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

We were waiting outside for about 30 minutes. The sign on the door said out for a bathroom break. It was a little before 1:00 pm. We left and it was still closed.

If give 0 stars if possible. The workers here are not trustworthy they told us we get a free phone case with the phone purchase. We ended up returning both because they did not fully explain the payment plan. Few days later we are being charged for a phone case that was technically “free” & we returned that as well with the phone. Now theyre saying the guy that gave us the case got fired & they dont return cases..? How does that make sense? If it was not returnable why would the worker keep it when the phone was turned in and why would he say it was free in the first place? We asked for manager or store owners info to call or email & we were told they could not give us that. So im supposed to be stuck paying for a phone case that I do not even have & was technically free??!? Make it make sense!? On the phone with corporate at the moment, also got associates name will definitely be reporting this. It is not safe to give your info to this store DO NOT TRUST THEM!
