Well I was trying to buy a phone but as I was heading over there I called asking about a specific phone and she hung up on me. She did tell me how much the phone was but she didn't let me finish and she just hung up on me and that's very rude and disrespectful and she shouldn't be working there because that is bad for business. I might have to take my business somewhere else. If she hates her job so much then she just needs quit. No need to be rude!

I been a customer for this company for about 10 years since I signed I’m paying for tomorrow hay that said was the best $60.00 dollars a month it included international calling to Mexico and today 07/05/2023 I was trying to call to Mexico and a recording came out telling me that I didn’t have that service, what? I have always paid on time all the time and this guys are doing this to me? I think it’s time to move to another wireless company.

The employee Cris is a very unfriendly, racist and very unprofessional person, he identified himself as a manager, they charged me for 4 chargers that I did not buy, he did not want to return the money, the only thing he could do was cancel the entire account, he said that I don't care and I can't do anything else, he was able to talk to the policeman he thought it would scare me but I know he wasn't doing anything he put me and my family under a lot of stress, it wasn't until the police arrived that he called another girl to to give me part of the money back.If you want to have a very bad day, go visit Cris, he will make you have it, I'm sorry that because of him, a company like Criket has bad references. As an employee, he is a representative of the company and, in truth, he is a very bad representative. I hope no other clients go through the same.

We switched over 3 phones from AT&T to cricket on Monday 2/20. 2 of my phones switched over no problem, 1 did not due to a port issue. Unfortunately it was late in the evening and customer service was closed. I returned on Feb 21st and was told it would take 2 to 24 hours to fix. I returned on Sat Feb 25th and was told the same thing that the issue would take 2 to 24 hours to fix by customer service. We went out of town for a week, I return to this same cricket store on March 7th just to be told by the manager there was nothing he could do to fix my phone and that I had to deal with customer service myself to fix the issue. This store and some of its employees are ridiculous I brought them a working phone and I’ve given them 2 weeks fix the issue and they chose to just send me away and not fix what they clearly broke. SMDH

I had my car parked in the handicap lane by Cricket. Their inflatable that was in front of the store broke the antenna on my car. I have not been able to talk to anyone about the damage that was done to my car. They have not returned my call.
