Went in today with a problem with my phone my internet wasn't working had problems.
I asked a rep an other lady with glasses for help she couldn't fix the problem at all more she didn't know what she was doing I don't understand why would they have people working there if they don't know whaht there doing. Well she couldn't help at all then a younger rep came she look more younger in her 20's thinking she knew more I was wrong she was very rude didn't want to help just giving me the run around. Then another rep came an offer to help I didn't ask her name but she was very sweet and helpful she fixed my problem in 1 min I thanked her I was there about an hr with the other 2 and they couldn't fix anything. I'm so glad she fixed my phone i left very happy and satisfied I will ask for her name when I go back and leave her a very good review.

If only I could put zero stars, but I have to put one, but Y’all have some Rude ass people working there and didn’t wanna help me I need help for transfer and she was giving me attitude and didn’t wanna do anything. I felt like I was being ignore. I’m thinking about taking Getting a new phone company or something cause that was just rude. Her name was. Alexia Y’all need some new people this ain’t the first time, but I just got tired of it

My elderly mother needed a new phone and the customer service rep was super helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and transferred my mom's phone number with such ease.
