Saturday I went to go get me a phone that Young lady was so helpful and kind Thank you 🙂 later that night something happened to my phone. So I went back this Sunday morning for some help. That lady was rude and said she couldn't help me 😡 I was the only one in the store. But a customer was coming in and she said she was busy because a customer came in. Ok so I told her I'll wait till your done. She had attitude. So I told her I'll go to another cricket store.😡 So I did the one on southcross. That Young man was so kind and helpful I explained to him what happened to my phone .right away he help me with my phone and got it fix for me Thank you young man 😄😄

Purchase a new phone phone was free but still had to pay $80 did not get any store credit or refund I spent $80 just to return the phone within 7 days very dissatisfied customer

Cricket is just a few minutes away if my phone goes crazy. They know how to fix it. Just a week ago or so I did have a tiny problem. They were told & of course they fixed it right away.
