Juan Pablo Rodríguez Salas, terrible service, he was talking on the phone while he answered us, we had to ask him for the receipt because he was very busy on the call.
Really think twice when giving time to this store, it did not help at all in the configuration of the phone that was purchased

Door has an auto lock that has to be buzzed open from inside so make sure you ring the doorbell!!!

I purchased 3 phones from this location and everytime I've gotten a different employee but everytime I Iook over my recipe I get charged for either a case or a glass protector I didn't even purchase when I go back inside to confront the mistake the answer is always the same that they dont understand how that happened, so I obviously let it go the first two times it could have been a mistake got my money back and left.But this third time I asked to speak to a manager and Victor the employee that helped me said that a manager wasn't available to call customer service. Im just writing my experience because I now wonder how many people they've done this too and unfortunately have gotten away with it.
