Sandy, the mgr., failed to tell me to return to the store to activate something, she failed to tell me that the cellphone needs updates every other day, she failed to tell me that I need WIFI to set up an account to pay, she told me my monthly bill was $30 yet I get a bill for $70, she didn't tell me a lot of things. Why do I need WIFI when my cellphone is on a active line? And why can't they unlock the cellphone prior to 6 months? Of course the owner isn't around. He doesn't care if his customers have problems with their phone or misinformation, he just wants them to sell!!! I am shopping for a new cellphone company or at least a new cricket location where the employees give the correct information. And the location condition does need to be improved.

Love Cricket, but skip this location. The photos with the birds' nests in the signage, and filth on the ground, are an indication of the experience you'll have inside. I also see a pic of the crumbling ceiling. This location is a booger on the cricket shirt

Omg Miss Sandy is the best!! She is always patient, kind and very knowledgeable!! She helped me out with every concern I had. I will be sending my family to her every time and I recommend her to all my friends!!!!! Thank you once again Sandy!!! She does deserve a raise! She’s always there and always no matter what happy to help, always with a smile!!

Weird dude that just started there a month ago was being creepy to my girlfriend, was making approaches on her and over charged her after she denied his advances. Took way longer than necessary and after the phone was activated he said “oh now I have your number” Nice employees!

It was my 1st time at this store location. Both employees greeted me and we're really nice. I was helped by a girl named Sandy,who was very kind and very helpful.not only to me,but to other customers in the store as well. ? Thanks Sandy.keep up the good work.

They really wanted to help figure out my problem. Unfortunately, it was something that Boost did so they couldn't fix it but they tried for 2 hours. Really appreciated it.

Walking in there was a friendly Sales Rep. smiling underneath his properly used face mask to greet me and ask what he could assist me with today. The place was very neat and organized. The phone displays were easily seen and navigable; I wasn't having to do a scavenger hunt to find any devices I may need to find for information. I wouldn't have needed any assistance in that area, but my main intention for entering the store was to pay for my phone bill. Which he graciously walked me through the process on the card ready, Kindly gave me my due amount and processed my cash transaction quickly and attentively.I then asked him and the women who emerged from the back area of the store about the hiring sign I noticed when first walking up the the store, and was given the key information I needed to submit a resume for employment to the correct person. Thank you guys for being so helpful! I hope I get the job!
