Bought limited-time crocs in the wrong size and the assistant manager didn't let me exchange them. The reason was bc of wear and tear. I took them to North star mall and they took them without a question, but they were all out of them. So long story short I wasn't able to get them bc the assistant manager didn't know how to do his job right. So be aware of a tall white male that looks like a hippy bc he don't know how to do his jobAlso it was the kakashi crocs, so he knows who wrote this

I feel rushed to shop everytime we go in here. We as customers, just want to look and not be pressured to buy immediately. Cashier started ringing us up before we were done shopping. I would have bought more,had they not been so aggressive.

If you come to this Crocs location, speak with Victoria. She has such a vibrant personality and is easy to get along with. Her customer service skills shows amazingly well when trying to get you the right size of Crocs for your feet. Would recommend this location.

Everyone is super nice. My grown self was looking for more Barbie charms for my Barbie crocs and they helped me a lot and helped me watch crocs with my boyfriend:)

Took my kids here to get crocs for the first time, the staff was great, she was very helpful, she helped my 3 kids try on and find the perfect size crocs for them.

I had such a wonderful experience at crocs. Maddie is such an excellent worker and helped me pick out the cutest shoes for my nieces and nephews. She even went out of her way to help put the charms on. This is such a lovely establishment and I would recommend stopping by!

Had an awesome experience with my son.It was a tiny location, but I was greeted at the door, and got help at each station. My son walked out so happy with his new shoes!!

I visited 2/18 to get my first crocs. I wanted platform’s and Alyna went above and beyond the moment I stopped in. She made me feel like the only person in the store full of at least 7 families when she was also helping others. She didn’t make me feel d*** for being confused and guided me through the whole process. Her team working like a well oiled machine to help everyone have a phenomenal exp. I see her whole team and her wonderful leader lives the Crocs life you all have cultivated and I look forward to visiting the whole team again. Shoes amazinggggHappy Crocin!- Shae B.

Earlier today my mother in law, my husband, and I had went in to buy charms. They had a deal where you buy a few and you get some free so we decided to do that. The regular team members were very nice and helpful and we even had a nice conversation about military discounts because my husband and I are military and most places don’t do military discounts. We bought the charms and as we were leaving decided to look at some fluffy crocs because my mother in law wanted to buy a pair. She misunderstood that it was buy one get one 50% instead of the first pair being only 50% so she ended up not wanting them. I put most of the crocs up for her as she has back pain not realizing that a few pairs had been left out. As we were walking out the STORE MANAGER said very loud to us with other customers around “Oh you’re not going to pick up your mess? Would you like help picking your mess up?” Very rudely. My husband walked over to help to see what she was talking about as it was very embarrassing because we had not realized we left 3 pairs out (not on the floor above a rack). My mother in law apologized and said she had wanted them but not after she realized what the deal was. The manager then said, “Oh well you didn’t want them so did you want me to clean your mess up?” My family and I left feeling very upset and embarrassed. I work retail and have also been a manager and understand that picking up after customers can be upsetting. But may I add we did not intended to leave a mess, I thought I had put everything away. I would never ever not even to the rudest customer talk to anyone that way. My 2 stars were for the 2 regular staff that made our experience wonderful before the manager came out and ruined our trip.

Two younger looking employees helped us, very kind. There was this one very unprofessional what I'm assuming is the manager, we were trying crocs out and decided not to buy. Initially we thought the rack had 3 crocs on top as a sort of display so we left them. This rude manager asks us if we need help "cleaning up our mess". Very unprofessional, upon us asking about what she meant she gestured to the crocs. On our confused way back she then said something along the lines of don't worry I'll get it for you but next time clean your mess. Very poor way to handle such a small tedious task that she is quite literally being paid to do. If she had given us time to explain we had thought they were there this whole ordeal would have been avoided but she gave us no such room. We had already purchased our charms so my wife and I then left, February 7th 2023 at around 12 we left the croc store very upset. Hope Crocs does something about this manager as she showed her coworkers the worst possible way to approach a situation.
