I meant to make this several months ago, but I pulled up looking to place an order. A guy on a bike outside said they were closing (quite early before posted hours). I understand there are emergencies as my family operated a small business. However, 2 other individuals filed out behind the guy on the back, so I was a little surprised they were closing so early. I took my business down the road and was very pleased with the work. I live closer to Crown, but I’ll make the drive for dependable service.

I want to acknowledge Crown Trophy for helping me for over 20+ years for all my award, pin and signage needs. Everyone that I have referred has enjoyed their experience with the team. If you want professionalism and responsiveness Patti, Sue and team will take good care of you. It is always nice when I get to visit with Tanner and Rudy.

I went to Crown Trophy for a plaque I needed done for a painting frame. They were patient and attentive in helping me figure out the exact specs and dimensions I needed. The final product was perfect and done in a timely manner. I plan on going to them from now on and recommend the same to others.

Very rude welcome upon walking in the door. First question Iwas asked multiple times was "what do you need" with a rude annoyed tone.

I can not say enough about Crown Trophy. They are quick, courteous, and most importantly their product is perfect. I special ordered a trophy, my husband cried ( he was truly elated ) and it will forever be a very special memory :) I recommend them to everyone who is in need of a trophy. The girl answering the phone was rude and sounded like I was bothering her. I don't understand people. I was trying to get pricing but after the phone call I chose a different route.

I ordered banners for our university and they turned out great. I'm so pleased with the quality and appearance. These 5 ft. banners are going to last a long time. In addition, they engraved a perpetual plaque and the names are sharp and clear. I will continue to use them for all of our needs.
