The worst customer service ever!!!! Only care about dropping a machine in and charging you 5 times what it is worth. Tech service is horrible!!!! takes 3 times to get little things fixed!! Have a lot of turn over: Every time I call to speak to a rep it is someone new!!! Thats a huge RED FLAG!!!! Tried to speak with site manager and he is NEVER THERE!!

We have been renting copiers from CTWP for at least 6 years, and are very happy with their services. In our experience, we have found that their service agreements are very reasonably priced, and they are prompt and professional when we need to call for supplies or service. We recently spent some time pricing out a new copier, and although we did not end up making the purchase, our salesperson at CTWP was super helpful in answering all of our questions, and putting together comparisons for us. We will definitely be a continuing customer.

I work with a small non-profit. Over a year ago, we submitted written notice that we were not renewing our lease for a small copier. Finally, CTWP came to pick up the copier (we had it stored) after 12 months. This month, the non-profit gets a bill for "buy-out" charge for the returned copier! In speaking to sales about this, they said they do not communicate well with the billing folks and never submitted our written notice that we were not renewing our lease. They wished us luck in dealing with billing. Now, we are being threatened by a collections lawsuit over an ended lease on a returned copier! Just reporting our experience with this company. Sad.

If we could give negative stars we would. Staff here is completely unprofessional. They come with random fees all the time. Ordering supplies is a complete night mare and the woman who does the invoices has a massive attitude problem. Company will hold supplies that you are trying to pay for over the phone over accounting issues. Would not suggest to do business with this company if you can avoid it because it is always a nightmare.
