It’s clean and temperature control are great. There’s never any carts though. Every time I come by, there is never a cart. B. Y. O. C. Bring your own cart, dolly, or whatever else you need to move your stuff around. Other than that, place is pretty nice.

Don't ever rent at Cubesmart they are so eager to put your things in auction after a month late. Literally 30 days and unwilling to work with you. Never again public storage doesn't do this nor does extra storage space. They have people sleeping in the units as well

Dondrick was super helpful and very attentive with our first time renting a storage space. He was very friendly & 10/10 recommend renting a storage space here. He made us feel very comfortable & welcomed.

After 2 weeks of deciding which storage locker facility was going to be the most economical. Going with CubeSmart as my storage locker was the best decision I made, Not only was the reservation process easy so was the actual rental. The kind gentleman named Dondrick went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Even going so far as allowing me to preview the unit before any paperwork was taken care of. 5 star rating for the property which was climate controlled at 72 degrees in the middle of the 100+ degree summer and 10 stars for the customer service representative in the office. I had to find a storage unit ASAP. CubeSmart had awesome prices and reserving online was so easy. When we got on-site, Dondrick was the one who helped us. It was his first week and his first day by himself. We would have never thought! He was kind, professional, friendly and extremely helpful!

super easy to start working with them! from the moment i first entered and paid and left, took maybe 30 minutes.they have the best prices out of all other storage units i’ve looked into and im not stuck in a contract, i pay month to month!they have dolleys at every door to help with moving your items to and from your unit.docking one star based on the roaches i’ve seen around the place since i’ve started moving stuff in and the fact that only the first floor requires a key code to enter so if you’re on the second or 3rd floor and somebody followed someone else in the gates, they can access your floor with no problem.

Been renting a unit here for past 15 month and highly recommend this location. Managers, Mark and D, are always friendly and ready to help with any issues, and ensure units are clean and kept up and secure.

I didn't have a truck to load my broken down entertainment center but they let me leave it for them to discard. Mark in the front office was exceptional and was very kind. It really turned my day around. Thank you for your customer service mark and thank you cube smart for being a clean and professional storage unit! 10/10 would recommend

The manager Betty K was very helpful kind and professional and explained everything in the contract and pricing and offered if you needed moving or packing supplies but we gladly with client this time. CubeSmart needs to hire more people like her . She kept us laughing but at the same time very professional.
