Dee and Rob are very valuable to this company they make everyone feel like they’re in the show. Cheers where everybody knows your name. And this day and age customer service is not always like that but there are some exceptions and I can name them at all the places I go to because I go there because of the exceptional customer service like I get here at Cube Smart your company is very very lucky to have two wonderful people who do their job who connect with their customer and care about what happens to their customers, we are living in a time where everything is going up and people are having a difficult time keeping their homes having to downsize and they’re having to put their stuff in storage more than ever. It is so important to have that customer service and those connections and make sure people don’t lose their things while they’re in the process of figuring things out. It’s a shame when people have to lose everything they’ve ever worked for because our economy has gone crazy people now have to work harder than ever just to meet especially if they have children so again, like I said, customer service matters how you treat your customer matters how you treat each other matters Jesus said that we are to love one another as we love ourselves we are to give kindness to ourselves and to others, we are to have integrity, respect and dignity towards others as we do the same for ourselves. Everything comes back to you what you give out and these two definitely have put a lot of great love and joy in the world and trust so grateful for all that they’ve done for me for moving from one storage to another while I figure out my new normal. I truly do believe The and Rob deserve a raise and there’s also another young lady in the office. I don’t know her name, but she is very sweet. I’ve only talked to her on a couple occasions, but she’s extraordinarily kind. I’ll have to ask her her name next time I go in there because I didn’t ask her her name and that’s on me because it was a quick in and out. I have my aunts Google account on my phone so it’s using her name but my name is actually Jacqueline.Spaulding in the last three days. I just moved from inside storage unit to outside storage unit.

Came in on 02/6/26 and was treated very well by staff . Came in on 02/7/26 and was speaking with employee and he was very unhelpful and had a very unprofessional attitude , he refused to open door when previous day the other employee opened the door for us to have easy access. Upon asking for manager info he stated he was the manager his name is Deondre , It seems he is a disgruntled employee and is very rude and unprofessional. I have dealt with multiple Cubesmart locations and have never experienced this unprofessionalism. I believe he needs to be retrained in his managerial position.

D and Rob are amazing!! Great leadership!! They are customer orientated they want to put the customer first and always make sure their needs are met. They
make you feel comfortable and they understand that a lot of people may have things going on in their life as to why they have to have the storage, so they allow you to Rent storage space knowing that you’re going to be taking care of and that your things are going to be safe and you’re getting good quality value product. They are both very polite, kind, Personable and very knowledgeable with their job!. They are ivery accommodating, they know your name you’re always greeted. For them its all about customer service and Putting customers first. I’m changing from a small unit to a larger unit and they made the transition very Easy for me,. They explained things to me in detail talk to me about the my Lease. They are wonderful, and they listened to me. It’s important to listen to your customers. And it’s so important nowadays to realize when you have great employees. You are very lucky and blessed to have these two Working for your company and servicing your customers. I just think they’re amazing! I’m very grateful for all they’ve done for me and I Every day am grateful that there’s nice people like them in the world.
