When I got to CubeSmart Ms. Betty greeted me and very willing to help. I had made a reservation online (which is very simple) Even though I’ve rented from CubeSmart before this was a different experience. Ms. Betty was full of information and thorough. I would highly recommend anyone to go and do business with Ms. Betty. Thank you for making this part of my move a breeze.

Just rented my indoor climate controlled unit. Very pleased w Bettys customer service. She is very helpful and sweet. The property is immaculate.. If you’re a bit concerned about leaving your belongings in a storage.. this storage will def take the edge off .. Happy w my choice.

Betty and Rob were the absolute best!! They made getting our unit easy and painless and were hoot to boot!! Kept us laughing the whole time!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! They gave such great customer they are the reason we didn’t search any further and signed up with them!! Give them both a raise!!

The facility is very clean and secure. There is easy access in and out of the facility. Andy was a great help and his customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I was there during closing time and was welcomed with a smile, Betty explained everything to us, all options. Even walked with us to see our unit, all with a smile. All areas lighted and very clean. Happy to have found this storage, reasonably priced, and near enough to visit whenever needed.
