I have been renting here for several months without incident. I recently lost the key to my unit. Shalynna was very helpful. She checked my ID and then assured me in getting the old lock off and purchasing a new lock. She definitely made a stressful situation easier to handle.

I have been with this unit for many years. Very clean and secure. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Shelanah is amazing and is always informative and pleasant. Will definitely recommend!

Wow, I can’t say any more positive things about this storage facility and staff. I’ve been a customer at this location for over 10 years and it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The facility is always clean, quiet, safe, and has all the amenities I need (carts, boxes, etc.). And the best part of this location is the staff. Shalynna, the general manager, has been extremely helpful in all things. She was kind enough to cut my lock (with efficiency and ease might just add), when I couldn’t locate the keys for my unit. She also was so friendly and welcoming during my visit. Overall, great experience. I will use this location for all my storage needs.

I appreciate how Shalynna Cooper continues to set the standard for customer service. Shalynna has gone above and beyond all other storage location managers, she has assisted me with getting my materials into my units and calls when there are shipping issues vs. sending drivers away. Her professionalism is outstanding and she has the best attitude of all managers for the many storage locations my company has units in.

I had some water damage in my unit unfortunately which I thought would be a huge headache. Management was super prompt in finding me another unit in the building, giving me a great deal on pricing, and generally working with me to help coordinate this move as I was several state lines away. They even helped me replace my lock and a couple of damaged boxes. The process was much more streamlined than I expected! Thanks to the management at this location!

First time getting a unit, Shalynna was super helpful and got me all fixed up! Really assuaged my anxiety (as a first time mover), and appreciate all her hard work! Super clean grounds, easy to navigate. Easy to lease!

Shalyanna was awesome. Helped me several times in crisis. As we moved out on a holiday weekend. She followed up with me immediately to make sure it was me that moved out and to confirm as my next payment was coming due.

Overall clean facility for the 1.5 years we used it. The low rating is because I found out on the day I was moving out that ac on half the 3rd floor was out and had been out for 3 weeks. No notice was sent to customers that their climate controlled units were not actively climate controlled. As of writing this, Ac was going on week 5 of not working and no scheduled appointment, and customers still have not been notified nor has a credit or alternative storage options been offered. Was told that it’s likely that nothing will be done about it because “these type of things happen”.
