Pros:
- The office staff is friendly and attentive. They respond quickly with great customer service.
Cons:
- It feels like the owners are cheeping out on necessary features that any other storage unit provides. It doesn’t meet the larger CubeSmart storage units.
- The internal temperature is so high that wood in my unit warped. They note the top temperature, however it does not feel like it at all.
- There are no lights within the units and the motion sensor hallway lights turn off after 45 seconds. This leaves walking/working in the units dangerous. You end up walking around in the pitch black dark. I’ve tripped and hurt myself as a result. The owner has zero intentions of changing this. I asked.
- There are internal doors within the hallways that prevent getting larger items into your storage unit. With certain units you enter the door but on the way to your unit you pass through another door located in the hallway. I’ve needed to unload my cart to get it through the door, then needed to put it back on my cart.

CubeSmart made the process of ending one rental and beginning another pretty smooth.
My only quibble with the rental process was minor. The online chat process begins with a chatbot. It took several attempts at rephrasing or rewording my question before I was transferred to a live agent. At that point, the chat went smoothly and my questions were answered. The process of making an online reservation was straightforward. Stacey, the local manager, was knowledgeable and professional.
Overall, I recommend CubeSmart for value and service.

This place leaves a bad taste in my mouth,
Let me explain, I purchased a spot for a sofa, love seat, and a table.
Anyway the first thing a woman with a very heavy accent was by the register, she looked up long enough to say hi, and I asked her where my storage was, she did look me up, and told me on the third floor, and she said I could go up and see it, and I could move in right away, and I could go through the door and take the elevator.
So I was lost, iv never been there, so it was like going through a maze, and I was lost so it took me a good while to find it.
And when I finally did find it, I couldn't open the thing they put on the door so I called the front desk, and it rang for a good while, and all of a sudden I hear voices and it's the lady who worked there, and she is guiding a different customer through the place, so I told her, I was just trying to reach you through the phone, I have no clue how to unlock this thing you have in it ?
She did come help me when she was done with the other lady. So she did open my door.
But
The 1 thing that bothered me, is why didn't she think I needed help finding my spot?¿
' things that make you go hmm!
I sure do hope it's Not because I'm Hispanic, and the other lady was Caucasian.
And the other thing, I noticed that it was hotter then it needed to be ?¿
Again ( hmmm ? )
And I mean hot, so when I was done, I went back to the office, I asked her,
" Can you please explain to me what Climate control is please" she knew what I was referring to because she said " yrs we set it at 80 and it will kick in at 80"
I said that is Not climate control everything is going to melt ?
She just shrugged her shoulders?
And we pay extra for that ! She looked down,
Really, I signed a contract and now they got me by the ball's!
So now I'm paying through the nose for Climate control, and Not getting it !!
People it's super Hot 80 degrees
And our stuff is going to be ruined!
If you care about your things, you should look into it, because when you collect your items you are going to have to replace your items, and this place is going to keep your money!
Your stuff is not in protected!
I myself am going to see who I can call about this matter!
You should too !
If it's at 80. It's not climate control,
And they charge more for this convince, but your stuff is expensive,but we are NOT GETTING THIS SERVICE,
SO ARE STUFF WILL BE MELTED, AND WE ARE PAYING EXTRA, AND WE WILL HAVE TO REPLACE OUR STUFF, MOORE MONEY,
I ASK WHY ? AREN'T THEY LYING IN There PART OF THE CONTRACT???
NO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE?
PEOPLE CHECK YOUR STUFF!
I DON'T THINK ILL KEEP This PLACE AND IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIGHT FOR THIS TO BE FIXED,
AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE, I SAY SKIP THIS PLACE.
I WILL REPORT TO ANYBODY WHO WILL LISTEN TO ME.
