We had been looking to store some household items for short term to help declutter with a renovation project. This place is very close to home so we went to check it out instead of just doing the online application.
Super friendly people in office. Willing to show the units and physical difference on sizes. It definitely helped us make the right decision on size.
We have been there several times to drop off items. We have had no issues with parking, the elevators or trolleys to move items.
Very pleased with this facility.

Putting technology to work, easy access, multiple carts for use, also everyone I've interacted with is always responsive and helpful!! The first day onsite, I had other renters tell me that they were very happy with this facility. Two thumbs up from me.

They keep going up on the rent and they refuse to work with you if you fall behind on your rent. Then they'll cut your lock and not give you any money to replace it. Since the new owners came in, this place grew cold. Hard pass.

Employee was very helpful in assisting me with getting a bigger unit and canceling my old unit. I do recommend doing but with the location on Nocagdoches and 1604.

I'm paying for controlled temperature and I was informed that the selected temperature is 80 degrees. On top of that the storage increased from $300 to $347 without prior notification.
