I recently closed two of my storage units here after more than 3 years of use. During that time I found Sharon and Annette to be helpful, courteous, and compassionate to my needs. While I am glad to no longer be paying a monthly fee to store my "stuff" I enjoyed the consistency and worry free atmosphere. I was never worried that my belonging would be damaged due to climate or unforeseen circumstances. Would recommend and will use again.

This Cube Smart location is clean, organized, and secure. Anita is simply the best! She was a tentative, friendly, and so helpful! She made us feel like the most important people in the room. I am recommending all family and friends to switch to Cube Smart.

It has been nothing but a pleasure having a unit at the Austin Highway location. The ladies are always very helpful, the location is clean and easy to access. The other day I forgot to lock my unit and I received a phone call letting me know. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for storage space!

My disappointment here is on several levels. A remodel on the floor I’m in makes getting on and off the elevator not as easy! And they upped the rent without notice! About 18% rate increase :( also, the space is supposed to be air conditioned…. My space is frequently 89 degrees. When the elevator stops on the other floors it’s cold in comparison.Great location - great access - offsite cold and inconsiderate billing and communications - local staff just seems frustrated SUV’s they are the ones that take the brunt of the “corporate” decisions :(

Sharon was super nice and helped me reserve my storage locker. The only thing I wish I would have known was that you have only "5"seconds to get into the elevator and then we had no choice but to call the emergency number, that didn't go to well. We got in and didn't need to know anything else, but that we needed to hurry to get into the elevator within 5 seconds after hearing a beep. I didn't need to know how to use the code, that was the easy part. Please don't say, "Omg" because I couldn't hear you. That scared me. Sharon was sweet though, she wasn't the one who was impatient on the phone, because we couldn't understand what she was saying.

I love the service we received! My sister found them and the over the phone service was exceptional and the price was right so she sent me.I rented from Anita on Austin highway in San Antonio and her attention to detail, pacing of explanation was perfect to take in all the information and get set up on auto pay.Thanks for the client centered service!

If your your looking for a very clean, well maintained storage facility this is the place to be . The prices are competitive so you have that to deal but they have daily deals that you can possibly be discounted on but more importantly than that the staff more specifically Margarita she’s a Saint very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She’s very helpful and the main reason I store my things here because I feel it’s a safe environment to be around. The other older lady not so much but that’s my opinion which is left to interpretation from my own experience. It’s a great place compared to most when you factor cleanliness, convenience, and security. Thank You MARGARITA!!!! for all your help.

Ms Anita, the manager of the Cube Smart on Austin Hwy. was so helpful and courteous. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. She walked me through the leasing agreement and then showed me my unit and how to work the locks and entrance keypads. The unit has very good security. The access is easy and secure. The elevators are big enough to make moving your larger items easier. They are climate controlled and very clean. The lights come on automatically as you walk down the hallway. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants a clean, secure, and climate controlled storage facility.

They were super helpful with everything and even gave me a tour before I officially booked. The reservation didn’t cost anything and I was able to see what I was getting! Pretty good pricing too :)
