Had tint put on here and there were bubbles all over it and the back window was not even applied straight. They use cut pieces and didn't center the back piece on the window so now there is a gap on one side and overhang on the other. This was not visible when they gave me the vehicle as the window was rolled up and it was hidden. The top section had bubbles all over it along with the side window. They do have a lifetime warranty but will have to be pulled off and a new piece put one which I'm concerned about now since the quality of work just isn't there.They didn't seem to listen to what I asked for either and almost charged me for something that I specifically asked them not to do. Once that happened I was concerned about the work and it came out with bubbles but was told that was normal to have bubbles in the middle of the window tint. It's not.Update: Went back and they told me that it was not possible to be done now (after they already did it once and told me to come back after they ran out of tint). They wanted me to disassemble drawers in the back of my truck and said it was impossible to do with them there, again after they did it the first time.Basically, there is no point going back because it is never going to get better and they don't care. There is no attention to detail and they claim they can't position the tint correctly left to right because the space is to tight for them to sit comfortably in. These people don't seem to have a desire to think outside the box and places all blame on customer after they make a mistake.

i came in to get a tint job on a newly purchased vehicle and they did a great job on tint work, but broke my third brake light and refused to repair, wish it was something that was they took accountability because the way they broke my third brake light makes it very difficult to work on. good value with the tint but the repair i have to make, makes it seem like i didn't really get the bargain i thought. at least the tint comes with a warranty

I have a 2004 SAAB and trying to find someone that knows what there doing was very hard, until I came here and met Angel. He said that my SAAB would be the first to get a modern stereo system and that it will be a challenge. Every where else I went either told me good luck or laughed at me or just a big no! Angel started and kept me informed on the progress. When he called me and told me to come to the shop he explained everything about my new sound system. I was so impressed with them that I’m recommending them to everyone I know who needs a new system. ANGEL you performed a miracle thanks!!!

Had my son’s truck done here. They said it would take 1 day so we dropped it off the night before. They said they didn’t have a part but the system was in but the alarm wasn’t So on the second day towards the end of the day my son and I went up there. The alarm was in but they were still installing the system that said was done the day before. We got out of there 15 minutes after closing. Then my son was having issues with the sound system and had to take it back in and the had to repair some of the wires they had installed. Not a very professional shop and would not go back there again.
