i'm currently sick and i sent my mom out to get me one of the trending puffer jacket snoopys. the lady at our local cvs called this location to put one on hold for us since my mom had a meeting at 1pm. my mom goes back at 3pm to see an empty shelf and the lady NEVER pulled ours because she "didn't think they'd sell that fast". if you get a call to hold something PUT IT ON HOLD. my mom drove 10 miles to pick this up and the inconsiderate employee ignored the hold request

Sub par service. Called about my prescription originally after they sent it to confirm it was sent, the automated system confirmed they had received it. A week later I called and the customer representative said they had never received my prescription so after getting my dr to resend the prescription i then confirmed with them that they had two of my prescription. The tone of the original service rep who originally said they didn't have the script was condescending even after I confirmed the automated system had confirmed the script. I would recommend using a different cvs even if it's a little farther from where you live to save you more total time than having to run around calling your dr then the cvs only to use a different cvs at the end to receive the final medication. This is the first negative review I have ever done in my life, and I feel it's well deserved

The staff is always quick to help and polite. I love being greeted every time I come to this CVS. Other places (CVS included) just stare down at you and ignore you and never ask if you need help.\\nBulverde CVS (7187) is the best one I’ve been to.

Have never had a problem w front of store. Digna is very sweet & helpful! Today though, in the pharmacy, it seemed a little disorganized, I arrived at 322pm for my 330pm appt for flu vax and there were 3 ppl in front of me to get vaccines. Had to leave at 355pm to pick up my kids from school. I made my appt w plenty of time to spare. They need a better system. It doesn't take 15min per person to administer a shot. The person in front of me was also a 330 appt. I don't even know why they are double booking! That is certainly frustrating. I got tired of waiting w no apology given. I will have to go elsewhere for my vaccines from now on.

I stopped into CVS to drop off a UPS package. Not a single recognizable employee in the building with the exception of the incredibly rude pharmacist and the pharmacy staff. He said he would call someone and then didn't. I was standing around when a guy in a white striped button down and khakis asked if I needed help. I had seen him wandering the aisles looking at random things so I thought he was a customer but, he did indeed work there. No name tag, no shirt that said CVS just a dude in a dress shirt and khakis. If I was a different type of person I could have taken anything in that building without them even noticing.

The pharmacy personnel are extremely rude. There are so many places to get your prescriptions filled. I would recommend steering clear of this place.

This facility is unable to manage a queue for covid testing and is extremely inefficient and unprofessional. After arriving 5 minutes early I experienced a 30 minute delay in just getting to the drive through to start my test. At that point they were unable to find my confirmation number which then took another five minutes. When I expressed my frustration with the testing process to that point, the Pharm tech became argumentative. I think at this point I expect them to lose my Covid test or expect some ridiculous amount of delay In getting my results as they didn't provide me with any tracking mechanism.Do yourself a favor, even if it means making a testing appointment further out - get your Covid testing, and I suppose any of your other pharmaceutical needs, from a different facility. This CVS place is poorly managed.

If you have sensory issues with sound, I would avoid going into the store. The bell that alerts the employees about someone entering the store goes off nonstop. It went off even when no one entered. It can be heard throughout the beauty department. It was almost unbearable to browse the makeup department, which was a shame, because CVS Extra Care had amazing coupons.On top of the non-stop bell, the backdoor leading leading to a storage area swung upon while I was browsing nail polish and the alarm was ridiculous.If you don't have coupons, the prices are steep! We went to the CVS because Doordash canceled our order from Walgreens. Well, the CVS price for CVS brand petroleum jelly was twice the price as the delivery price of Walgreens petroleum jelly. Crazy!So my recommendation for this location is curbside your order and use coupons.

Aside from their short hours, this is by far the best staff when it comes to customer service! Plus, 9 times out of 10 they have all the medicine in stock! They have countless times gone above and beyond when I needed them!

Normally I wouldn't post something like this but for a cashier to ask me if I wanted them to be checked out by them is a crazy question. I'm trying to pay your job and you ask that type of question. I don't like using self checkouts at all. I don't even get a bag for my items.

Super quick in and out at the drive through to pick up my prescriptions. The drive through is very convenient and the clerk was polite and efficient. Will be back.

The pharmacy is awful. They literally lost my son's paper prescription, and after arguing that we never dropped it off they called later to say they found it. The drive through line is always long and the staff has never been very friendly.

This is a convenient neighborhood store that you can go and pick up something you need quickly. The pharmacy staff is friendly and very helpful.
