Dropped off prescription at lunch and was told 2 hours.. came back at 5:30 and had to wait in a long line in drive threw just to be told it wasn't ready for another hour. Very inconvenient and ultimately this pharmacy is a joke.

I'm always pleased with this store, customer service always polite and helpful. I've been in this community many many years I don't understand bad reviews. Must have been different management and different customer service reps at the time for the people who gave bad reviews. My visit has always been pleasant!

The pharmacist at this nacogdoches location is awesome. He has regularly taken time out to check me out if he notices his direct reports are busy and will not get to me in a timely manner. He is always very pleasant, helpful, \\u0026 knowledgeable. To me it speaks volumes when the pharmacist does what it takes to ensure the customers are being taken care of.

The only reason why I pick up prescriptions here is because of the convenience of the drive thru, but I could’ve drove to New Braunfels and back in the time it took to pick up my meds. Transferring my meds to CVS on Agora Pkwy…they actually want to help customers. If you call, the reps are not friendly and act like you are disturbing their peace!!! I won’t reveal any names because I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs…but management definitely needs to do better at leading their team members!!!!

Why do you list a phone number that is not to your store? Just calling to get a covid test not speak to a robot who's only response is hang up and go to some website. Funny I thought calling the phone number to the store might actually get me a human on the phone.

OMG!!! The drive through line takes FOREVER and a DAY! Put on your favorite audio book \\u0026 make sure to pee before you go. To be fair the next closest CVS in INSIDE a TARGET Store w/ No drive through, so this one probably gets more traffic than others. CVS does get MINUS 1 STAR Also because they are about to START CHARGING FOR 2 DAY DELIVERY! I’m going to have to break up with CVS next week because of this \\u0026 try an online mail order pharmacy. They said delivery was “only free during Covid.” HELLO! Covid didn’t magically disappear! It’s still bad \\u0026 that’s a shady way to get people to switch to CVS then hike up prices! Forget that! There are plenty of online pharmacies \\u0026 when I find a good one I will come back \\u0026 share with everyone reading this. Oh, \\u0026 they only have the J\\u0026J Vaccine. I personally boycottn J\\u0026J after they have all those women cancer \\u0026 pulled a shady move of splitting the company \\u0026 moving the “baby powder” shell corporation to Texas to be able to declare bankruptcy w/out damaging the parent company money \\u0026 not paying out any settlements to all those poor women who died \\u0026 were tortured by that wretched disease! I was giving CVS a shot because of that free delivery. But now they don’t have anything for me!

Terrible terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I've asked to have my number added to the automative/text service multiple times to get updates on my prescriptions.Secondly, the drive thru signs SPECIFICALLY show over the counter medicines that you can pick up through the window. I asked for 2 of the medicines & was asked to come in the store for that.. I told them that I have a very sick infant in the vehicle with me and she's literally could not have cared less. Just wondering why they'd advertise medicine and not offer it. My son was very sick so I just ordered it delivery from my local grocery store. Rudest experience I've yet to have with a pharmacy. Don't they have any empathy or consideration for people coming there with illness or sick children? I guess not.

This pharmacy is a complete joke! Had to transfer there because insurance, on a Monday, here it is Thursday and have only 2 of refills! By the way, it took 3 days to get those two. They claiming the other two are because my doctor’s office hasn’t responded to request, yet my doctors has office have not received any request! Thank you Cigna for making me coming to the horrendous dishonest pharmacy. Oh, almost forgot, when I came over Tuesday (24hrs after transfer) to pick up and bring insurance card I was told there was no transfer, which there was they just hadn’t looked yet. Anyway, I gave them my card and they said they were super busy, and to come back tomorrow with card to get prescriptions. That’s when all the blame game started with them!
