Oh CVS, how do I hate thee? Let me count the ways:
Not calling me when my prescription is ready.
I call to confirm, they say it's ready. I arrive, it's not ready. Come back in an hour!
I schedule a vaccine appointment. I arrive on time. Sorry, the sharps box is full. Do you want to come back in the middle of your workday instead?
I pull up to the pharmacy drive thru window five minutes before closing because the guy in front of me inexplicably needed 20 minutes to pick up his meds. They slam it in my face.
These are but a few examples of the frustrating experiences I've had at this location over the last decade. Every now and then I go back, thinking this time, surely, things won't be so egregiously terrible. Each time I leave feeling like a fool for returning.
My medication is much cheaper here than the pharmacy I now go to. I'm the cheapest person you'll ever meet, someone who literally pulled styrofoam out of a neighbors dumpster to save on packing materials, so please understand that I am paying and will continue to pay $20 per month in order to never interact with CVS again. I hope you go out of business and get turned into yet another unnecessary gas station, or perhaps a head shop.

There were about 10 people standing around at 9:10am and none of them acknowledge me at the counter until 5 minutes went by. They said they had to contact the vet to fill the prescription. For some reason they couldn't call right there and then, they said they would text me. It's 3 hours later and haven't heard from them. Tried calling the pharmacy and have to leave a message like no one can answer a phone with ten people there. Worse pharmacy I've been to.

Despite what the sign says walk inside are not welcomed. 45 min to close, and they can't do 1 vaccine. Pure laziness!

Don't bring your prescriptions here. They don't care about you as a customer. They'll let you leave with a prescription you think is correct and charge you a lot of money for and they'll refuse to issue a refund when you try to bring it back because it's the wrong prescription. Don't trust them with your medical needs. Frustrated & disappointed.

If you are there to pickup prescriptions or vaccine they are always under staff. If you made an appointment online make sure to have at least an 1 1/2 to apare. If your looking for good service always on time plenty of staff all the time go to the CVS on Kitty Hawk.

I love going to my Pharmacy on FM 78. They’re always Expedient;. They greet you with the smile. And always willing to help I’ve never had a problem with anybody in the pharmacy. Some of the faces are changing, but everybody is great specially Miss Jay she’s always talking to her customers and making sure she takes care of them with a smile and she works very hard. And I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for years keep up the good work

How can a doctor prescribe a prescription and the pharmacist refuses to fill it. The pharmacist wants to know why it was prescribed and have other steps been used before this prescription has been giving. IT is none of your business. How dare you say a doctor is incompetent. I'm only using this pharmacy because my insurance requires it. I have never heard of such BS in all my life.

he pharmacy that my husband and I have used for years abruptly closed and we were told all our medications were transferred to CVS. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into a very efficient process even though all the medications were not all transferred. The pharmacy tech (Jaysalee) was so helpful and even made sure we got a welcome gift. Thanks CVS!
