I usually don't go to CVS but since it was right around the corner from where I lived, I stopped to pick up one thing and when I walked up to the register a female employee walked up and I'm thinkin she's bout to ring my item up, she told me "the self check out is open"...there were no customers. I think there was like 2 people in the store. I guess people wanna get paid but don't wanna work, just pure laziness. Then when I went to take out money from the ATM, I saw a debit card stuck in the machine so I tried to take it out but it was stuck and I heard a female employee (don't know if it was the same one) walkin down one of the aisles say out loud to me "The ATM isn't working". I looked back at her and she said somethin but didn't hear what she said so I just walked out. If it doesn't work, common sense would be to put up a sign that says "ATM not working" so people don't waste their time. Smh, the customer service was rude, not welcoming at all...I wouldn't come to this CVS again.

The system here either does not work well or the employees are not trained well enough. I have had issues with my last two prescription being out of stock. The first time I was told my doctor was notified the item requested was out of stock but when I called him he said he was not notified . He stated he called them and sent a new prescription that they had in stock. But they could not find the new prescription. Went back and forth with the doctor and CVS almost the entire next day but as this was pain meds and I needed them quickly I eventually I had to get my prescription filled at another local pharmacy. Today I was notified they received my prescription but when I got there they could not find it. I got on the phone right away with my doctor and after some back and forth they said they had received it but the item again was out of stock. While still on the phone we figured out a couple alternatives they had in stock and a new prescription was called in. Fingers crossed this round goes better. Overall customer service is ok but all the employees look very stressed and when there is an issue I have had to get involved to get it resolved. I would think an out of stock item would warrant a phone call to the doctors office so that it can be resolved quickly.

I love this CVS pharmacy when it comes to getting all my Covid shots. They're very efficient and on time even if you have an appointment if they're not crowded, they will take you in early.

They close at 10pm not 11pm Update your hours! Waste of time and gas!I would give zero stars if that was an option!

This is the slowest CVS ever! I was on hold for 25 mins never even came on once to say they would be with me shortly or anything. Called walzem they answered within a minute. Very polite young lady apologized for their actions. Asked if I could switch my prescription to their store she informs me they are closing in Jan & moving all their existing patients to 78... Terrible guess I will be switching to H‑E‑B..

It's 12:56 Sunday December 4 when I came to this store with my mother, it's her local store. She had a single item. The employee who was a heavy set bald Hispanic man sent her to the self checkout. The customer behind us he took at the register and we were just disappointed with his laziness and selective customer service. He then proceeded to waddle away head down in his phone.

just came into the store today and a customer had to go find a coworker because another coworker was throwing up and she had asked to leave already. That's what I overheard in the conversation between coworkers I came in to turn in my Wi-Fi box to the UPS center I did not have tape. The lady made me buy tape and stick it on there when she had tape behind her desk I think this is so unprofessional and distasteful. I will not be coming back to the CVS again.

Had submitted two (2) more refills, quickly got notified by text they were ready. Went inside and even though they were fairly busy the rep took the time to be friendly and there to help.

This has been my pharmacy for over five years now. They are often very busy with lots of people waiting in line outside to get their prescriptions. But honestly that just goes to show how efficient they are! There are two service lines for the pharmacy so you can use either one when picking up or dropping off prescriptions. They are often so busy they don't have a lot of time to answer the phone but honestly you can text CVS when you want to refill a prescription and enable text and email notifications to get updates when you have a prescription to pick up. So you really do not need to get someone on the phone. Basically all pharmacy services are available by text and on their website. These guys are great, people need to give them a break!

What can I say the most terrible service I've ever gotten. I call Monday to confirm my prescription. They say I'll be ready next day Tuesday, so I came next day later in the afternoon and my prescription was not even entered in yet, I ask why was this not entered in and ready all they can say is sorry with no explanation. So I finally got my prescriptions and my glucose reader on Thursday and not surprised they gave me the wrong strips to the reader. So now I'm here today came during my lunch almost spending a whole hour just to find out they couldn't replace it without the receipt which I was never told I needed to bring in just to just to come in and they will replace it. It finally got a replace and I have to pay more then what I did, you would think after all this trouble they would just wave the fee as a customer satisfaction but nope still had to pay. Going to have to look for a new pharmacy location. This place is terrible and I can never get a straight answer for any mistakes.

This has to be theeeee slowwweeest CVS EVER!!!! and thats with 2 pharmacist and 4 techs. Mind you there is 1 person dedicated to the drive through line, which is understandable; but what is the excuse for having 3 people wait in line for 30 minutes with 3 other techs back there? Asking for a friend. There is absolutely no acknowledgement for the customers waiting in line, to let them know "hey we will be right with you, sorry for the wait" or anything. COVID cannot continuously be the excuse as to why businesses cannot get there operations together.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. They can not apply manufacturer couple correctly to save their life. Most businesses on Fm 78 have terrible customer service. Please don’t use this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions.
