Always pick up my prescriptions here. And I also get coupons which are really good because I've also had the rewards app. And sometimes when I go in there, I purchase some stuff that maybe winds up paying only $5 because of it.

Don't come to this pharmacy EVER they are lazy rude and don't care about the customer , I've never been to a pharmacy that could not look up insurance information or at least try . The pharmacy tech was super rude and had an I don't care attitude and the manager no different . NEVER AGAIN. I dont want my sons meds from someone who doesn't look like they shower anyways .

CVS is always nice. However I will say when standing in line at the pharmacy, I noticed a gentleman trying to purchase syringes he was refused. The man explained why it was so important to maintain harm reduction in their community and the pharmacist was rude and didn’t care. This is something that we need to be aware of!
IT DOES NOT matter why somebody is buying needles! If they’re buying needles they’re trying to have clean needles, which means they’re trying to stop the spread of disease in the world. Refusal to sell clean needles is an excusable offense and I will not return to CVS because of this.

No one to help or answer your call. This is ridiculous considering the fact that they are located in the Medical Center.

Employees should apply for investigation jobs because they will rather chase you around the store to see if you’re stealing tampons rather than offer to cash you out at the register. high key can’t stand coming to this store but it’s the closest to my job across the street.

CVS has been very efficient with my prescriptions! I was even allowed to leave a voice message for pharmacy about transferring one of my meds from another location. The pharmacist responded within a reasonable amount of time and transferred my prescription. Very impressive! Thanks CVS!

“Katrina” did not help me like the receipt says. It was a grumpy little man with no name tag so I don’t know who it was. after I was done paying I asked for my receipt and he pointed to the receipt printer and said there it is, so I took my receipt and everyone else’s receipt that was on the machine and I’m gonna fill out a survey for all of them. The only reason I use CVS is because I have CVS Caremark for my prescription insurance. I think CVS the pharmacy is the worst pharmacy available and every one I go to in San Antonio has horrible service. Typically you can go in the store and wait in line and get out faster than anybody that would be in the drive-through. Today, no one in the store was smiling. Today, when I expressed my concerns to the guy in the front about the guy in the back, he said oh well that could’ve happened , it definitely did happen your company definitely has poor customer service.

Called to talk to the pharmacist about how to use medicine because my pharmacy was closed and he hung up on me… I would give this pharmacy a 0 rating if I could.

The pharmacist, Dozie, was so polite and helpful. He was able to provide us with a discount card that made the Rx's a reasonable cost. We are so thankful to him for his kindness and hard work. Thank you Mr. Dozie!
