I had a confirmed appointment, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t see me due to a system issue—even though I had the confirmation. That’s really unacceptable.

The store is very conveniently located. It is very well organized and clean. It has a great selection of merchandise. Kelly was very personable and helped me find was i was looking for in the cosmetic department. She then was very helpful and efficient helping me apply the fist full of coupons I had. I love this store. Will be back soon.

They are always pretty respectful and this is becoming more and more rare especially with big chain companies..... I'm big on customer service and the customer service has always been good since I've been getting my prescriptions filled with them.... the front line cashiers even go above the normal basic assistance, they literally have taken 10-15minutes or more to assist me with problems I had with my discounts on my CVS card... keep up the good work ..... after reading a personal experience of another customer it concerns me because my review was based more so on another location and now that I have prescriptions being filled there now I have some concern because I am also as I stated before big on customer service ....

Holiday baking and I forgot to buy sugar.There went there not very helpful people who were working and of course they had only powdered sugar which was not what I needed.. That was the third place I went to looking for sugar

Horrible experience with tech, pharmacist and GM who handle an issue on their end (broken) fridge (what they said) and making me try to find another place on my own to get my medicine instead of them finding one and transferring it since they couldn't follow through with my order they said was ready

Great pharmacy experience! My pharmacy associate was professional and very helpful. I needed a prescription transferred and she completed that quickly and I was ready to go within minutes! Prescription was ready on time and my associate also signed me up for the rewards program. I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish.
