If there was a “0” that’s what I’d rate them. I dropped my prescription off I sat in drive through for over 15 minutes (no one ahead or next to me). The tech finally responded and stated that she needed to go see if they had it in stock 10 minutes later I had to call her and she said oh we don’t have it and we gonna have to order it , ready tomorrow AM , so I left the prescription. I went in today because they said it ready this morning. I arrived at 6pm and they didn’t have it ready and they stated because, they needed doctor phone number. They claimed they couldn’t find it and I looked right up and gave it to them. Then after they told me they have to speak to him. I wasted so much time they are so dysfunctional. I told her I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve called me and she said they didn’t have my number and I said I’m a customer you could’ve looked me up easily and told me “hey we need this” rather than waiting for me to come in and then telling me you couldn’t fill it.

Perfect for when you need medicine or cosmetic items. Usually just in and out within 5 mins and on with my day, which is exactly what I want in a CVS.

Scheduled an appointment for it to be cancelled because the system doubled book clients and they were rude and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Will never come here again!

The CVS staff for the pharmacy are always friendly, and know me by name. It’s a great feeling to have a staff like that because it makes you feel at home and that they know and take care of you. Thank you so much for all your help and I recommend the CVS pharmacy they are the best.

Went there to pick up my birth control. I pay out of pocket to go there because they have the brand I need. Well, went home and it's a different brand. I would not mind except for the fact of potential side effects with varying medication. I went in to return it and could not. I would understand, but the fact i was not notified of a brand change until I got home and opened the package. Now I've switched to a new brand with Walgreens with my insurance. Make sure you watch the medication they give you.

Every time I have been inside of this store there are always two homeless people sitting at the photo booth. I didn't even get to sit down to print my photos, I had to just stand there. They do not smell very pleasant and were also cussing and arguing. If there's a manager there who can take care of this problem that would be great.

Pharmacy staff is always rude. Prescription wasn't ready when I went for it the NEXT day. If she would have just taken responsibility it would have been nicer than to make it seem it was "normal" for it to take that long even though they do not look that busy when they are talking and laughing. They also take long to answer the phones... 8 mins on hold so I hang up and call back and that took a few mins.
