I was very satisfied with the pharmacy. I'm so glad that CVS has a community partnership with the VA. Pharmacy technician Hope was so very helpful and went out of her way to assist me.

Prices are a little higher but I did score some great clearance deals and the candy selection is great. Pharmacy gives friendly service and I love the coupons we get Disappointed that my CVS didn't have hello Kitty items though otherwise nice makeup choices too

I love my neighborhood CVS! It amazes me to find smiling, kind faces! The Concierge knows where everything is and she will escort you to your item! She got me signed up to CAREPASS and I love it!Thank you, thank you!Jo Ann Tomko

CVS is such a major chain with locations nearly everywhere. But with such a big presence you would think they are doing something right? Unfortunately I don't see it. Everytime I come the CVS I experience slow and bad customer service. Not to mention the prices here are outrageous for everything. I came in for my COVID booster that I scheduled online days on advance. My appointment was scheduled for 6:45pm so I got here 15 mins early as the directions stated, but for what??? I waited 30mins and counting to get my shot. Also the staff always seems to not know anything. I am not sure why I continue to give CVS a chance.

Minute Clinic Guilbeau and Tezel! very dishonest!! Back in June my wife and I had a Covid test done for traveling purposes. Before we had the test done, We asked if the test could be cover by our medical insurance; and they told us NO "If the test is for traveling purposes, we can't submit a claim to your insurance". We perfectly understood that, so we went ahead and paid $139.00 per test. Come to find out later that they did submit a claim to our insurance. Few weeks ago I got a letter from Genetworx Labs stating that a claim was submitted to our insurance for a test done back in June. When I contacted the lab, they informed me they got the instructions from CVS minute clinic along with insurance information to process this as for medical reasons. I just couldn't believe it!!!!! I will never use the Minute Clinic again!!

This has to be the slowest CVS drive thru in the store chain. Take your prescription somewhere else if your expecting fast service.

The service at this CVS pharmacy is getting worst by the day. They are too slow. It's time to change to Walmart, Walgreens or H‑E‑B pharmacy. Any recommendations

Pharmacy was so unprofessional. Turning away customers who have been waiting in drive thru line with ample time to receive their orders because they took 10 minutes to service each car and milked the transaction times until close. Was told to go inside to get assistance, then told they still couldn’t help. Management was snarky and I could hear the staff talking about the customers before they got to the counter. I will NEVER give my money to this CVS again- I’ll drive 10 miles out of the way to Walgreens before I do that. Worst experience ever, would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the time and frustration- go somewhere, ANYWHERE else that deserves your hard earned dollars.

Wow so after being in line for 40 minutes I get this stupid sign so I switch lanes and I am here for a covid test and they don't want to help me out or let me pick up the damn thing can you people work this out instead of treating us like idiots at the pharmacy???

Lately every time I come to pick up a prescription there is a huge line in the drive thru pharmacy. Each car takes around 10 minutes, which I don't understand bcs I thought drive thru was only for pick up? They have a designated lane just for COVID testing but I never see anyone use that lane. I hope they can open up both lanes soon. Kinda over having to wait forever to get my medicine. I will say that they're super fast with getting me my prescription when I pull up, which is why I'm confused when the lines take forever. They should direct people inside if they're being complicated. I'd say just use their app and get delivery if you can.

I had to get a RX filled last month for my daughter and her insurance wasn't going to cover it. The pharmacy tech who helped me, I think her name was Alice, went above and beyond to help me out. She not only called the dr office to get the RX changed to something the ins would cover, she also looked for a discount for me on good RX. I'm beyond thankfully, she helped save me money.
