Female person always says restrooms not working, it's been years with this issue.Well they send us next door like if they responsible for cvs restrooms not working.this is unprofessional. This issue needs to be corrected, found out restrooms are in working conditions, I always get my prescriptions at the store location. And guess I have to change pharmacy.

My Dr's office called the 103 SW Military Dr location 3 different times to get a prescription filled for me. No one answered her call, she was left on hold for 20 - 30 minutes. So I had to have the prescription called in to a different location. I will not return to the 103 SW Military Dr location anymore.

The pharmacy team was amazing! Mia, Ankita and Rose went above and beyond to get my prescription filled just before closing. I called in to make sure they had the prescription I needed and spoke with Mia. She had to call Walgreens to transfer the prescription at 9:15p (45 mins before closing)! She called me back at 9:30 to tell me they received the transfer and I could head over. When I got there they were on the phone with my insurance. The coverage wasn’t working, but they were proactive and called the insurance before my arrival. Rose was kind to explain everything while Ankita and Mia tried everything they could with the system and insurance company. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to work it out with the insurance, but they made sure to offer me the coupon code to reduce the price. They were super hospitable and showed the care and attention to detail that I know the Southside of San Antonio embodies for its people. Thank you kindly! And shout to the closing store manger who was patient in waiting for me as I walked out with prescription in hand at 10:10! Great team!

Without question, this CVS store has the worst customer service ever I’ve received at a healthcare facility. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I was there a total of about 30 mins. They made me move lines three times and was asked to “step aside” while they helped other customers. I was essentially denied service because what I needed was going to take “a very long time”. Which was just reprinting a receipt. I had the same debit card I used, but the staff members only wanted to question me and not even look into the computer (which I thought was appalling). Like can you just try and service me as a customer and not as an inconvenience from you stocking shelves…ridiculous. Been to CVS and Walgreens many times, never treat like this before and won’t go back to that store or cvs. I’ll tell my job I can’t get the receipt because CVS is employees said it would take a “long time.”

Horrible pharmacy, I came here in the morning to get medication for my baby, they did not answer the phone to see when it could be filled so had to go with my baby and wait in the pharmacy. This day was an extremely cold day. The drive thru was also not in service. They had a hard time figuring out my insurance for some reason. They were out of 1 medication. Then, the 1 they did give me was amoxicillin, they did not bother to mix it or give me syringes or anything to give it to my baby. I was sent home with medication I could not give my sick child. I had to go back out to another pharmacy so they could properly prepare the medication. They made my experience a nightmare and take no care when filling prescriptions.
