I was greeted by a pharm. tech that smiled and was very happy to assist me with my purchases even went back and reversed charge on an item that had priced full pay but was an “insurance item” I was greatly appreciative of this gentleman’s efforts.

The pharmacy staff are always so helpful and kind. The retail side too. They are fast and rarely I experience a line of more than 1 person.

Sorry about two months overdue review. But ya know I now hold the other CVS stores accountable on why they are not like this one! I was astounded when I walked in and walked past the first two isles and I heard a voice out of nowhere say, "Hi, Welcome." I looked around and saw no one. I backtracked and saw a CVS employee shelving something. I asked if he said something. He said yes. I laughed and thought that was nice of him. (Usually does not happen at other stores, just saying). The pharamacist is a comic. He gives me two injections (shingles and pneumonia). He asked me, "which one do you want first. The one that hurts the most or the other one?" I thought he was kidding. That Shingles shot HURT!. I did not give him a hard time because he took the time to call the insurance to verify some information. Ok, now on my way out, I hear another CVS employee walking by say to me "have a nice day." as I was walking out of the store. Thank you for the courtesy greeting and just being down to earth. It gives me a feeling of what every neighborhood store should be like.

This is the worst pharmacy in San Antonio.They never have accurate records. Their appointment system is inaccurate (I have had to show email confirmation because their system had no record of actual vaccination appointments) the staff in the pharmacy are rude and have zero hussle.

I took a covid test on Friday Dec 31 and still no results 4 days later. They said I would get results in 1-2 days but no results. Others went to another another CVS and got results in 1.5 days. Why? I always believed CVS is one of the better pharmacies but not this one.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. They are extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and are very slow to provide any type of service. I had an appointment for a booster and after 30 minutes, still waiting. Save yourself the trouble and don't use this pharmacy. I have transferred everything to H-E-B and this will be my last visit here.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. Would give 0 stars if that’s was an option. I was told by a pharmacist to “behave” otherwise he wouldn’t fill my clients medication and hang up on me, he told me this several times. WHAT?! When told to speak to a manager he then told me he was the only manager and didn’t allow to talk to anyone else. Other than being extremely rude he verbally harassed me on the phone and threatened me serval times. He continued to aggressively argue with me over the phone rather than letting me speak. I don’t understand how a big corporation would allow such a person to work in this place. Do to give this pharmacy your service! GO ELSE WHERE! This pharmacist is purposely not filling medications to people who need it!!!! Why is he working here?! He has ruined this CVS. Will be contacting corporate about this issue.

After being told wrong details and incorrect information, I was placed on a 25 minute hold. Then, I got to speak to a female pharmacist that was so rude and I could tell I was taking up her precious time with my inconvenient situation. I had to hang up with her because she was not helpful and I had spent my entire lunch break trying to get help but, instead, I was given attitude. Later, while in a conference call with CVS Corporate, she raised her voice at me, declaring that, in our initial conversation, when she informed me to call someone else for help, she wasn't able to tell me because I hung up on her. We should be joining together every day, show empathy, and realize that there is no room for petty, privileged people if we want to improve as a society.

On hold to speak to Pharmacy for 30m per timer in my phone, gave up. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. Never had this experience at my old CVS. Terrible.
