I won’t go into detail as to what made my experience so upsetting, but I’ve realized prayer will be the best I can do in this situation. We all have bad days and never know what someone is going through, so I will choose not to take it personally, though I myself was not having a good day. I pray for the tech that mistreated us that tomorrow will be better for her, and that if it’s not she can find the strength to not take it out on others. Miss A, I pray for Jesus to send love and light into your heart.

Since when do pharmacy’s close for lunch, ? Staff properly and take care of your people but in this day and age there is no reason to have to close up for lunch.

Horrible customer service I got in like at 7:57 there was 1 car in front at the window nobody behind me all lights on open lane 7:59 car pulls away I get to window the lady does not greet me closes the window flips out the lights like I didn’t exist . I go inside to confront her she admits it was 7:59 and tells me I should have come earlier complete rudeness and not caring for the customer. Do better cvs

I would give it a zero if I could. I was waiting in line last night in the drive-thru, and they shut the window right in front of my face! I was appalled. I went inside to have the rude pharmacist named IJ? yell at me and tell me that it was more important for the employees to clock out than it was tohelp someone get their medicine. This is horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! CVS should be ashamed of how many horrible reviews they have, but they don't care. They put profits over people, and one can see how disgruntled the employees are. The only constant with them is the poor service I receive. This pharmacist won't be there for long (p.s. he might want to lose the chip on his shoulder). The employees are constantly turning over. This is an indication of the way they are treated, so they treat the customers with the same lack of respect that they are given. I only go there because I am forced to by the insurance company. If you want to study a poor business model, look at CVS. The insurance company undercuts other companies for the insurance coverage so that the cost for the large corporations is cheaper, but the customers are the ones that suffer. They don't value their customers, and it shows. They hire young people needing a job, and as soon as they can, the employees get better jobs. Who can blame them? CVS does it all wrong from a healthcare and management perspective, but they must be making a large profit for their shareholders. Employees, please don't take it out on us that you hate your company! I try to get my prescriptions at HEB because they treat me a lot better! If I could, I would never go to CVS again. My suggestion would be to have him and possibly the rest of the staff do a remediation course on customer service because that is something that is definitely lacking. His actions and attitude definitely deserve a write-up.

Based on my experience and past reviews nothing has changed at this CVS. They struggle to refill prescriptions. There are always people waiting. Five people working the pharmacy and they are all oblivious to customers. They don't care if they have your business or not. So why bother?

You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone when trying to reach a pharmacist. They are slow at everything they do, including filling your prescription.

Need better management of the pharmacy area. It's now 9:12.. I've been sitting here trying to get me and my son prescription so I can go to work! It supposed to open at 9 and yet no one is here. This is ridiculous. The customer is not on their time and they don't abide by their pharmacy hours

They never answer their phone. Two weeks ago doctor send a request to fill a prescription. Pharmacist said they have not listen to the voicemail box. Called 3 hrs later. They said the same thing. I called the next morning same response got my prescription a day later. At night. Just horrible. If they are busy they really need to consider hiring more people. Pharmacist was soo rude when trying to ask for an update. Yes i made sure i checked the app before calling.
