I would give it a zero if I could. I was waiting in line last night in the drive-thru, and they shut the window right in front of my face! I was appalled. I went inside to have the rude pharmacist named IJ? yell at me and tell me that it was more important for the employees to clock out than it was tohelp someone get their medicine. This is horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! CVS should be ashamed of how many horrible reviews they have, but they don't care. They put profits over people, and one can see how disgruntled the employees are. The only constant with them is the poor service I receive. This pharmacist won't be there for long (p.s. he might want to lose the chip on his shoulder). The employees are constantly turning over. This is an indication of the way they are treated, so they treat the customers with the same lack of respect that they are given. I only go there because I am forced to by the insurance company. If you want to study a poor business model, look at CVS. The insurance company undercuts other companies for the insurance coverage so that the cost for the large corporations is cheaper, but the customers are the ones that suffer. They don't value their customers, and it shows. They hire young people needing a job, and as soon as they can, the employees get better jobs. Who can blame them? CVS does it all wrong from a healthcare and management perspective, but they must be making a large profit for their shareholders. Employees, please don't take it out on us that you hate your company! I try to get my prescriptions at HEB because they treat me a lot better! If I could, I would never go to CVS again. My suggestion would be to have him and possibly the rest of the staff do a remediation course on customer service because that is something that is definitely lacking. His actions and attitude definitely deserve a write-up.

Based on my experience and past reviews nothing has changed at this CVS. They struggle to refill prescriptions. There are always people waiting. Five people working the pharmacy and they are all oblivious to customers. They don't care if they have your business or not. So why bother?

You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone when trying to reach a pharmacist. They are slow at everything they do, including filling your prescription.

Need better management of the pharmacy area. It's now 9:12.. I've been sitting here trying to get me and my son prescription so I can go to work! It supposed to open at 9 and yet no one is here. This is ridiculous. The customer is not on their time and they don't abide by their pharmacy hours

They never answer their phone. Two weeks ago doctor send a request to fill a prescription. Pharmacist said they have not listen to the voicemail box. Called 3 hrs later. They said the same thing. I called the next morning same response got my prescription a day later. At night. Just horrible. If they are busy they really need to consider hiring more people. Pharmacist was soo rude when trying to ask for an update. Yes i made sure i checked the app before calling.

This has got to be the worst CVS pharmacy out there. They shut down the drive through without notice during hours of operations with several cars waiting in line- this has happened two times to me. Several times, I've arrived at open time to find that the pharmacy was late opening and no one was there. When you go into the store they say that the pharmacist is running late and to come back "later" - horrible!!!

This might actually be the worst pharmacy I've ever sent prescriptions to. I was written a prescription to be picked up on a Thursday, but the pills were out of stock. They told me to come back in the morning (Friday) as they will be receiving more. The next morning, they still didn't have it. "Come back this evening, we're getting it delivered this afternoon for sure." Went back to the location that evening and on the intercom (they wouldn't even come to the window even though they were still open for another hour, lol lazy) told me that they would have it Monday morning at the latest. Went back today (Sunday) just to check and maybe get lucky because the meds I need will allow be to get sleep for the first time in weeks and they said it will now be here Wednesday. Becoming frustrated, I asked them to please release my request so I could pick up my meds at another cvs location that they told me had them in stock. I called the other location just to find out they didn't have it either AND the original pharmacy never released it to them after they literally said they were doing right now as I was still at the drive thru window. The other pharmacy also told me they were not sure why I was the one calling because that's literally they're job to do. So here I am almost 5 days later searching all over town for a basic sinus infection and flu prescription. In conclusion, none of the Culebra cvs employees know anything about what meds they have, or when they will be getting them. DO NOT GO HERE if you are looking to pick up your medicine when you actually need it!!!

horrible service. lines and slow.rx called in 4 hours earlier, not ready, was told 20 min - came back and was told we'd get paged. hour later and nothing. use a different pharmacy.even worse (update) - after an hour, pharmacist told a worker 'I forgot. no apology or contrition.

I've been coming to this location for about 2 years. Not the best experience but the closest to me. Today I went to pickup scripts for my kids. I was told I had no insurance on file (which I should). The lady at the window asked if I had the card. I said no but I had a photo of it. Then she just stared at me and rolled her eyes and told me to "hold on" (great customer service). Another came and said she can write down my insurance info. They said they had to re-bill it so I would need to come back because they were closing for lunch in 6 minutes. I said I really needed it, (my kids have the flu and I'm not packing them back up in the car to come back in 30 min). SHE THEN GAVE ME the option to drive back around while she worked on that. It was 1:28 and they CLOSED THE WINDOW on the lady in front of me and told her to come back. She was mad too and they kept ignoring her. I know they have a lunch time but why would they tell me to drive back around and wait if they're going to close the window on the customers that are there??? I could see them still at the window and I was trying to ask why they told to drive around if they were going to close it. Super unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't be as mad if they said it would take awhile and it would be ready at a later time.

We arrived at 2:30pm to pick up a prescription from our finished appointment at 11:00am. We were told the prescription was not ready and would be ready in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes passes and we then were told to wait for a page from the pharmacist. We know this was a lie to get us to go away as no one else was being paged (as far as you can tell). An hour passes so we went back to the front for an updated ETA. The attendant asked the pharmacist, the pharmacist said verbatim "I forgot. I'm sorry." At which point, she got the prescription ready in two minutes then we were taken care of. I highly recommend avoiding this location but I understand it's proximity and convenience for the nearby neighborhoods. Just be aware of the lackluster staff and their lack of concern for you.
