Was at the ER today they called in my prescriptions and they were ready within the HOUR. they are slammed for being In the medical center. I was able to pick up food finally eat in the parking lot and then run in to grab what I needed to go rest the remainder of the day. It helps to have your CVS medication barcode pulled up. Also tells you the prices to expect.

So this has been my pharmacy for 30+ years. The last two or so years it has gotten so bad as far as accuracy, relations, inaccurate texts and online info. To speak to the manager Ha he is very rude and has said on more than one occasion to me that there are other pharmacies. This reply is not one I'd expect from a manager I realize he maybe "taking up" for his employees when mistakes happen but to just say something like that or related is ridiculous. Many errors lately

CVS pharmacy has the worse customer service. Their pharmacy never answers the calls and when they do they hang up trying to act like the call was dropped. I've tried multiple times. I will never send my request here again! What a waste of time.

I would like for the manager by the name of Etienne to be audited and terminated. My OBGYN called in an emergency RX on May 30TH at 2:51PM. I verified with an elder woman it would be available for pickup within a few hours. The manager Etienene stated on the phone he eats period pu*** then continued on with I can not refill the prescription til August 8th of 2023. I stayed excuse me.. what did you just say to me. I advised him I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau seeking termination. The prescription is Estradiol for my women monthly cycle. I was violated as a woman, including my personal rights for HIPPA/ PPI were violated.

Ali or Abigail whom is a manager at the medical and wurzbach location in San Antonio, TX really has no business working for a health industry company. I went in to buy a covid-19 test. When I approached, I saw see was blowing her nose. I made no issues thinking she would have the mindful sense to sanitize her hands after doing so. She didn't. After i pointed this out, she apparently feeling and deciding she wasn't going to help me, proceeded to get the some extra paper, grab the next box, and it to me and say I could check myself out and point to the self-serve register. If that's how she handles her person, I have ZERO trust that machine is ever cleaned. How it is after 3 yrs of dealing with covid-19 that people especially managers of a pharmacy store aren't mindful of little things like this. Had she been oh I'm sorry, sanitized and then helped me I would be giving praise because I know being Frontline is hard as I am too. But when you don't have simple decency, courtesy, or dare I say simple respect for self and others, you've no business being in this kind of business.... much less a manager of one.

The worst pharmacy. Long waits on phone (seen here 28 mins before we hung up) to ask about prescription cost with new insurance. Website does not let you make an account to get notifications of pickups.

Online pharmacy information is inaccurate. They always tell me something different when I arrive at the pharmacy. I don't know what is accurate. Needless to say, I won't use this pharmacy again, more than likely.

The poor pharmacist was all alone. I started in the drive through with only Two cars ahead of me. After 15 minutes of not moving and two more cars boing the line I decided to park and go inside. This line was worse. There were 7 people standing in line. I think the pharmacist did the best he could with out any techs or others to help him. I'm posting this in hopes that CVS corporate looks into fixing this issue. Pay these folks more money or improve hiring incentives for this location. I stayed in line because my wife needed prescription. I arrived at 9:00pm and didn't leave until 10pm.

30 min wait time for a pharmacist consult is ridiculous. I also called front desk to see if anyone was available if maybe they're on break or something, and even then that was additional 16 minute wait with no help still. I wouldn't bother with them.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would, our reputable doctor sends in prescriptions and this pharmacy always claims they never received it. When we call the doctor they verify and confirm the prescription was submitted. Reading all these reviews shows we aren't the only ones that go through this. Does CVS not look at these reviews and strive to improve??

I go here all the time late at night either getting a few things that missed or whatever my girlfriend needs and wants. So I come here! I absolutely love it here and it's pretty convenient that they are open. It's awesome because I get off late and Walmart and Heb are closed. I just wish the prices were lower they already make enough money in general. So why not have good deals? Overall I love coming here. I give it a 5 star !!!

If I could possibly give this place zero stars, I would. Every single time I've come here for my Rx, the pharmacy texts me + tells me that my Rx is ready, but when I get there, they tell me they have not filled it. To make matters worse, I don't think they've ever answered my call, so there's no way to double check or talk to someone in the store. The wait is always outrageous, and they are wildly unreliable. I've never been to a more incompetent CVS.

Went in for a flu shot- waited in line for 30 minutes while they served 5 customers. When I finally got to the front of the line they told me that due to covid they couldn't take walk ins. No signage and the policy on the website said they did. Do better cvs
