Quick! Only let one person work at once so anyone that comes in immediately realizes the mistake they've made! No I'm kidding but really I would rather put marbles in my urethra than go to a cvs or Walgreens at this point.

Incompetent pharmacy staff! Went through drive-thru with hubby directly after surgery, closed for lunch. I went back at 2:20, got home with Rx for anti-inflammatory, was not told there were other prescriptions pending. Called multiple times with no answer to check if there was a pain med for him. I checked his phone to see if CVS had sent a message about other Rx and there were no messages. A couple days later he saw a message from 12/25, that his Rx was ready. He was 4 days without pain med prescribed after shoulder surgery. When I went to pick up, there was not really an apology, just a lame, "I'm sorry."

If I could give them a zero I would! Herlinda and the Pharmacist at this location are by far the worst at customer service and knowledge about the prescriptions. I called and was told my medications would be almost 400, then I told them are u running it with my insurance? They said bring it with you. I said someone else is picking it up can I please give the bin # now- the Pharmacist said then you'll have to hold and immediately put me on hold. 25 minutes later Herlinda picked up the phone and put me on hold without asking for another 15 min. No one could give me the right drug cost. CVS please hire better customer service oriented individuals!

Went to CVS minute clinic for illness. Had them send my prescription here since on my way home. Got there they didn't have it ready and told me trying to reach NP fine no problem they will txt me when ready heard nothing else from them. Called the next day and told they still haven't heard back from clinic so I called clinic left message. 3hrs later called back still nothing was done and told me I needed to get in touch with clinic. WTH seriously why do I have to do the work of the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is the worst people you have ever met- Robin should be fired. She literally spit at me- WE ARE CLOSING IN AN HOUR. Screamed to the rest of the pharmacy that "this customer wants this filled immediately." It was really embarrassing. I wasn't feeling well and thought an hour was plenty of time to fill a basic prescription. Just be decent and respectful to people- it's not that hard.

This location before Covid was one of the best convenience stores all together even without the pharmacy and now with them closing hours before their actual closing time listed, consistently not following social distancing and mask guidelines and at many times only accepting card through self check out (if you ever checkout with a human being consider yourself lucky). Although Walgreens doesn't have superior Pharmacy service I'll just have an overall better experience and send my prescriptions there and I suggest you all do the same. I don't see this location here for long

They had money orders! My work schedule doesnt provide much time off for business errands, after 3 Valero / Circle K visits.. no one had a working money order machine. One even said it had been since February bruh! Wth. Normally I write checks but this one place only accepts money orders, so here I am, in broke money order machine land. Google and CVS to the bloody rescue. Everything looked to be on clearance, yellow tags all about. I did not parouse for I'd have SPENT. So, used their atm, which was my banks.. hooray. Got my MO and they only charge $1.20, fair, considering. This was 10pm. Murica. Lady was a doll.

Pathetic CVS that the yelp page says it was open until midnight but closed at 9:00. Called in a prescription based on this and drove there only to find out it was closed.

I wish I could give the pharmacy of this location zero stars. I used to use this location for my prescriptions but my last encounter with one pharmacy staff member humiliating me in front of other people has deterred me to never go back there. It was after work on a week night and there were quite a few people in line before me picking up their meds. It's finally my turn to pick up so I tell the lady (who seemed stressed) my birth date first. I did this because they ALWAYS ask for your birthday first. As I'm saying my birthdate, I glance up at the woman and she's staring at me something fierce. Before I could say my name, I ask her is there something else she needs as I reach into my wallet to give my ID. She snaps at me, "Last name." I tell her. She snaps again, "spell it". I just give her my ID to make it easier. As she's looking at my ID, she glances at me fiercely again, then at the people in line behind me. She yells to them, "Ma'am. MAAM. Look over here." They look. "When you get to the counter, give me your last name first followed by your first name and THEN your birthdate. If your name is difficult, give me your ID." She then looks back at me SO angrily as if to say "this is your fault." Over something as silly as me saying my birthdate first? Jesus. Everyone behind me nodded and looked frightened by her addressing them that way; I felt humiliated and felt myself get red. Her behavior was gross and she does not belong in any job where she deals with people. As she was processing my pick up, I sensed she noticed how ugly she had been and tried to ask me how I liked my job (she noticed my lanyard around my neck). I said fine, grabbed my prescription from her, got my ID back, and got out of there. Never again. I've taken my business to Walgreens.

I've been coming here for years and can't complain much about CVS! The employees are always friendly and the lines are usually short, if not nonexistent. I've used plenty of coupons here from my receipts, which is a great value. Of course some items are overpriced, but that's due to the convenience of CVS over bigger stores. They also have a Redbox at this location which comes in handy on movie nights. They sometimes do run out of movies though since it is a convenient location for many.

This place has only one person that I have dealt with that is polite and that doesn't give people a hard time. I forgot my ID and my script can't be picked up until after this location closes. Now that I wasted my lunch and couldn't get it based on my own fault. I'm like just put the script back and I'll get it at another location that's open 24/7 so the pharmacy tech named Tiffany Wo or Ho...(couldn't see the whole name tag). Was like ok I'll delete it. Low and behold i go to drop the script off and they tell me I'm not in the system because evidently Tiffany elected to delete me. So I've had enough of the rudeness... no customer service skills what so ever. This locations pharmacy staff are subpar at best with the exception of the woman with the short brown faded hair cut. She is always pleasant.
