It would be great if a pharmacy like CVS could invest in 10 Key pads to have by pharmacy so patrons can type the numbers like SSN, DOB, and other HIPPA protected information instead of having staff repeating it out loud in front of others.

Outstanding pharmacy. Megan went above and beyond when I had trouble filling a new prescription. Additionally, she took a lot of time to explain the new medication's pros, cons, side effects, etc.

The whole team at the pharmacy here is wonderful! No matter if it’s in person or over the phone, they are so kind, helpful and caring. They take time to listen to my questions and genuinely care about me as a patient. Amazing group of humans.

Great Store, but buyer beware, many items you went there to buy are probably not in stock. Shelves are virtually bare in the Cold/Sinus/Flu section.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND IGNORANT PHARMACISTS.I went to this CVS one Thursday to pick up a prescription for anti-anxiety medication. My psychiatrist informed me I only needed the written prescription note along with a printed waiver for controlled substances to receive my medication. However, when I went to the pharmacy, they were refusing me service and consultation because “you absolutely need an electronic prescription to be sent to the pharmacy.” I went back to my psychiatrist to inquire about this, to which they reaffirmed that I ONLY need the waiver and the note. I went back to this CVS the following week and met with a large, brown-skinned man with a full beard (possibly African, Indian, or Middle Eastern) and told him of my difficulty receiving my medication. He immediately displayed a look of suspicion and distrust to me, giving me side eyes and raising eyebrows whenever I would tell of the obstacles other pharmacists at that location imposed on me. He eventually refused to serve or even consult with me about my issue, even though I was utmost respectful and professional, because he found it “odd” that I was so persistent in trying to get this medication that for some reason didn’t check out. He handed me back my papers and I ended up going to a different CVS where they gave me my medication within 15mins of my arrival. I called back the first CVS to talk to the manager to find my number had been blocked; I kept getting sent straight to voicemail. I had to *67 my caller ID to get a hold of that store location. Extremely unprofessional.

CVS Pharmacy BY THE PEARL IS THE BEST?PHARMACIST MISS MEGAN IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL MEDICINE. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY SHE IS SMARTER THANHEY GOOGLE. I ALWAYS RECEIVETOP SHELF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT THE CVS BY THE PEARL.I JUST GOT MY 3RD BOOSTER SHOT?

I love this place!!! It's clean and convenient with designated street parking. Everyone is extremely helpful, Meagan and Jacob in the pharmacy.4 stars because there's no Drive-Thru BUT they are open on Sundays!

I am from Corpus Christi and I have been in so many CVSs All over Texas and this is clearly the best the best best customer service ever the pharmacist were incredibly kind and very very professional the store is beautiful
