I always liked this cvs but came in today and the employees had no idea how to work the photo printer at all, an another employee had bad hygiene it was very unpleasant experience, cvs needs to hire better employees🤮🤮🤮

It was sad to find out, Lisa was no longer working here at cvs. I enjoyed seeing her & gabbys welcoming presents. Made me feel like family. I don't know about this new woman there, seems very rude. Face expressions tell alot about someone.Also saw this 1 woman check an employees bag really ugly infront of customers. I understand is policy but you don't treat employee's like that. I will be making a complaint once I get her name.Never seen her there before. I wouldn't want anyone putting her hands in my bag. I'm sure that's not the policy.

Unbelievable nonsense they give you $100 Visa card we've tried several different times to use it the app is illogical the explanation at the store is a logical and they give you a whole manual to try to figure out what you can use it for we still haven't used the dime of it because of all this nonsense thank goodness we left at 9:00 and CVS and joined another health plan as well do not go for their scam of accepting signify health review and visit for this so-called 100.00 Visa they really should be and should be investigated by the authorities

I was accosted by very horrible clerk that works at CVS he was an older Hispanic man with a long grubby beard who was yelling at me demanding being demanding and being really horrible when I asked him to leave me alone and stop bothering me he continued very disturbing and even snagged my debit card out of my hand while I was trying to do a transaction at the self serve I did not ask him for any assistance and he just approached me I had accidentally put in my wrong pin number and was going to redo my transaction and he comes over being pushy and very hateful no one should experience what I did usually my experiences are very good at this particular CVS but it was horrible

Very disappointed with CVS because of not being able to talk to the pharmacy anymore. Answering service says leave a message but no return calls.

Horrible experience. Didn't even get a real person. Either leave a voicemail or call 911 when needing to ask a question about a medication that was filled...

Came in for a quick purchase for vitamins feeling sick and very under the weather. Self checkout froze during the middle of my purchase. JR, the CVS associate helped me complete my purchase at the counter. I think he could tell I wasn't feeling so great but he was genuinely happy to help and very friendly. Can't find that often these days!
