Called from providers office at 18:40 on Nov 12 to leave prescription order. The pharmacist or assistant who answered did not take the order but said, "Can't you just do it electronically?" I advised the patient to find a non-cvs pharmacy. What shameful service.

The woman at the front desk was quite rude during my visit. I believe her name is Adriana. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Please ensure that staff interactions reflect that standard.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! THEY DONT ACT LIKE THEY WANNA HELP YOU ! I CALLED IN TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTION AND RUDE THE WHOLE TIME AND THEN ONCE HE THOUGHT I WAS DONE TALKING I STILL HAD MORE QUESTIONS THE DOCTOR OR MANAGER WHAT EVER HE IS THERE HE HANGS UP THE PHONE WITHOUT EVEN SAYING NOTHING SO FRWAKING RUDE IM NOT GONNA BE GOING THERE NO MORE AND IM GONNA MAKE SURE PEOPLE DONT GO THERE AS WELL AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE ABOUT HES RUDENESS AND LACK OF CARENESS FOR US CUSTOMERS!!!!!

The pharmacy people act like their your doctor and want you to tell them why your getting them meds or they won't fill it. My girlfriend left the er I walked in with her and they pharmacy said they never received the prescription. She called the er they said they sent it she walks in by herself and he's telling her she need to go see pain management and asking about her doctor appointments. Since when do pharmacy act like they know what's wrong with you and they dont see you. The hippa law says you dont have to talk about your medical history to other people and doctor can't talk about your medical to other people. The pharmacist in my opinion is over stepping his authority acting like your doctor or he won't fill your prescriptions in a timely manner if you tell him your not my doctor. Abuse of power

The workers were great. The store needs to stop being greedy and hire more workers. I waited literally 53 minutes in the drive thru.

Very weird and dishonest behavior - I called to get an rx filled and was told it would be ready by 6pm. Arrived and was told my insurance isn't covering the rx (which they do) and that they can't fill it. I called my insurance and my insurance stated that the pharmacy never ran my rx through - even if they did and it got rejected, my insurance would see. My insurance then called them on my behalf and told them it was because they didn't have the rx in stock. Why lie? Just tell me you don't have it instead of saying my insurance isn't letting you fill it. Very unsettling and dishonest.
