I wanted to share my recent experience at your pharmacy. While I appreciate the service provided, there were a few aspects that left me feeling less satisfied. Initially, I was informed that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I returned, I was surprised to find that it took longer than expected, especially considering there were only two medications. This delay was a bit concerning and left me wondering why it took that long. Furthermore, I noticed that my insurance was not charged for the medications. Upon further reflection, I realized that purchasing the prescription without insurance might have been a more cost-effective option. This oversight was unexpected and added to the overall inconvenience of the experience. Lastly, I found the technician assisting me to be somewhat inattentive. Throughout the process, he seemed preoccupied with conversations with another technician, which made me feel less prioritized as a customer. I believe these points are important to mention as they impact the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in service quality.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. An hour on hold just to get an update on my sons prescription. They never answered.This happened when I had COVID too and it took 30 minutes to answer, someone picked up and said they didn’t have my insurance information updated and he didn’t have the time to update it because they were short staffed. Then put me back on hold. I waited another 30 minutes and he finally answered again and did it. Then I had to wait 3 more hours for them to fill it.They’re apparently always understaffed, so they don’t know how to hire more people or keep people (probably because he’s so rude) and doesn’t know how to speak to customers.Please, go to Walgreens or go to H‑E‑B. I guess the lack of business will give them the opportunity to actually service people without having to worry about hiring more. I’m definitely switching my pharmacy. If the manager or pharmacist or owner is reading this, your pharmacy is garbage.

This pharmacy has some serious problem... problems name is their main pharmacist Kim T Fung. He is very rude and unprofessional. I explained him my problem and instead of answering like a professional human he started barking like a Dog. IF HE CANNOT TAKE THE AMOUNT OF WORK PRESSURE THEN HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN SUCH BUSY AREA!!!!

The worst pharmacy ever and the worst treatment of the patient. There is a worker inside the pharmacy from China who does not like anyone and always speaks badly. I do not like this place.

Pitiful service. I called in the medication for a patient four hours ago leaving it on their voicemail at the pharmacy only to have the pharmacist say that they never received anything and would not take a verbal. Don’t use CVS Walgreens or H-E-B are more reliable.

They are one of very few If not the only 24 hour pharmacy left in San Antonio, meaning no matter the time or urgency we have access to being able to get medications , they are kind, patient and very informative.

The pharmacy tech that was on staff was awesome, she was helping a couple people at a time to make things fast and efficient. You really don’t see that type of work ethic anymore. I would’ve added her name but she was busy so I didn’t want to take up any extra time, but I was there on Tuesday around 7pm ish.

Pharmacist are rude and don’t have any people skills. I understand they are understaffed, but their unnecessary comments do not make it any better as it backfires to having longer/unnecessary conversations with customers they get upset. I ended up preferring to go another pharmacy which was a more expensive over dealing with these people. Ha Tran needs more customer service training.

In my life I had never been treated like that man, so humiliating just because I asked him in Spanish if I could send money through Wuaster Junior and his response was humiliating towards me saying that he didn't know me, he didn't speak Spanish and that he didn't have money... I answered him if you work here you have to give good attention and not humiliate people who lack respect... also at no time did I ask him for money I only asked him a question that he treats badly this is something anti-immigrant, anti-human

Was at the ER today they called in my prescriptions and they were ready within the HOUR. they are slammed for being In the medical center. I was able to pick up food finally eat in the parking lot and then run in to grab what I needed to go rest the remainder of the day. It helps to have your CVS medication barcode pulled up. Also tells you the prices to expect.

Most of the reviews are about the pharmacy which is clearly understaffed and while that needs to be addressed I haven’t had terrible problems with them, as most of the time they are just rushing through and deal with you as quickly as they can.However, the front is another issue entirely. I’m writing this after having my 4th issue with the same front register employee. He’s been there for a while but does not seem to have any power to help at self check out or address issues with purchases or memberships. I do not know why they have an employee always at the front who can’t do anything without a manager (who never seems to be there). To top it all off he doesn’t seem to understand anyone’s frustration with having their time wasted. It’s good to be friendly but it’s infuriating to have someone smiling at you and making light of an issue you’re having.This store clearly needs better management. These reviews are abysmal. It might be time to switch to Walgreens.

It's very unfortunate after 20 plus years of my life going to this pharmacy I have to switch. BEN THE OVERNIGHT tech or pharmacist is the epitome of what's wrong in Healthcare. I do. I do not even trust him with any of my medications at this point. He is verbally abusive and has low patience. He hung up on me 3 times because I asked for a manager instead of dealing with his disrespect. He has no regard for I'll patience. He lacks patient education and would rather belittle you instead of being understanding that some people take 15 or more medications and can lose track of what is what. What a shame. I will not recommend this to any of my patients or family.
