Have an issue with the pharmacy staff. My son requires medicine that is a controlled substance. And this is the second time we have issues. This medicine is super important to his health and staff tries to brush it away. Where is the customer service, the empathy. Some people have more urgencies than others. Treat everyone as you'd want to be treated.

Waited to pick up medication just to learn they were out of stock. That information should have been provided when the order was placed. Rather they would prefer to notify after the pick up window. Going to start looking into Walgreens.

Their pharmacy calls are hard as hell to get ahold of an actual pharmacist or anyone in that department. It’s all automated press 1 or 2 and leave a voicemail to get a call back which I’ve left multiple voice messages only not to get a call back.. you’re lucky if someone actually answers.

Do not buy gift cards,
On more than one occasion I have bought gift cards from their store (mainly one particular brand gift card) and they have had the pin codes scratched off of them.
The cards, which are in high denomination values, are completely unusable and the manager was completely unprofessional, rude, and abrasive when attempting to resolve the situation.
Upon closer inspection, the cards were tampered with, someone opened them, scratched the pin code off, and re-glued them together. This means whenever the cards are activated the money could be stolen.
Again this has happened to me on more than one occasion now, regarding two particular brands of gift cards, if I were you, stay clear of this CVS.

Super unprofessional pharmacy staff. I went to pick up a prescription and gave the girl my information and she just walked away for awhile talking and standing at a computer. Came back with someone else who told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait so I told them I would leave and come back. Get a text less than 30 minutes later that it was ready. I had already waited in my car for 30 mins bc they were closed for lunch when I arrived so I wouldn’t have minded to wait another 20-30 minutes in order to avoid having to make the extra trip.
Additionally, my boyfriend returned a few days later to pick up a prescription of his own. It was an anti fungal cream and the SAME girl was at the counter (medium height, medium brown skin, and dark brown hair). When he gave his info and she pulled up the prescription she proceeded to laugh and walk away and then returned still laughing and trying to hold it in while she gave him the prescription. SUPER unprofessional and will not be returning here again for my pharmacy needs.

I went there to get some photos taken and Pricilla who is lady working stated that can’t do it cos she’s by herself! It wasn’t busy at all!

I love this CVS! The techs are all so nice and very efficient!! Fred, the Pharmacist is nice as well and makes sure his techs know how good they are! I highly recommend this pharmacy!!❤️

Had to call corporate due to discrimination and other antics from a customer while trying to address and correct an issue with a prescription. The head pharmacist was rude as was tech Tina. Corporate was able to solve the issue they said they couldn't. They launched by regional investigation on this store. Don't go b there. Also the day in they take good Rx but refuse to honor it.
