I gave them a star, and they don't deserve that star. I have had nothing but issues with this CVS. I have a script my doctor sent to them on 2/12/2024. My insurance confirmed my prescription went to this pharmacy and confirmed this CVS billed them for it. They insurance paid for it, but CVS told me I wasn't eligible for a refill until 5/2024. Mind you, I haven't received the script from 2/12/2024. My insurance has paid for it, and my insurance has been on the phone telling them they need to correct the problem they caused. This has caused me anxiety, and I truly don't recommend this store. THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE CALLS!! I speak out of experience. This pharmacy is one issue after another. I'm transferring all my scripts to HEB Pharmacy.

This should be a zero star review on hold for half an hour and when I got through that were rude. Then I asked to speak with a manager and put me on hold another half hour then I hung up and called back and were closed. Never got my prescription filled or any questions answered. Horrible srvice

Tech couldn't help me,referred me to my CVS. In turn ,am told to have them call for RX transfer. Call cst care,told prescriptions been transferred to go pick up. Mind you. No vehicle, I walk in heat. To be told No refills and nothing transferred. Plus same person on phone on 2nd call ,when I asked for RPH.Told me he wasn't available. I call again same girl answers, I ask again for RPH, she lies n tells me she's the RPH and that she was same one I spoke too previously. End of story: I got no prescriptions after calling everyone I could in CVS from 10:33 am until after 4pm! Now going to transfer all my information to Walgreens!

Worse customer service ever. I went to the drive thru for my prescription, gave all the information needed. Was told it would be about an hour, came back, pharmacy was closed and I go inside to find out they don’t open until 2pm. I’m a new patient and the tech o spoke with couldn’t have told me they closed until 2pm for lunch? I’m already sick, just left the er and ppl are expecting me to read their signs for hours of operation. Went back to get my prescription and some rude tech was at the window, she was short and small, kept asking me for my information through the intercom instead of asking for my id like a competent person would have done. She had an attitude and kept saying we have to verify with your doctor, ok you had an hour and it is at least 4 techs, so not sure why you did not have this done, also how about providing customer service and saying this when I was dropping off the prescription to let me know your process and how long to really expect.? The Pharmacist Alfredo De Leon, was the manager there so I think it is his responsibility to better train his technicians how to deliver accurate and honest customer service. Never go to this place, it’s a waste of time and the store staff are no better, they hold there heads down or look away if they think you will need to ask them something. Not sure why this location is still open, they clearly do not want to work there

The Pharmacy at this location is awful. We could never get through on the phone after trying multiple times throughout the day. And when we arrived there was a large line and the staff were busy chatting with each other loudly. You could hear them all over the store. When we finally got my son’s prescription filled they told us we had to pay cash bc it was too soon to fill, even though our usual pharmacy said no such thing when we went to try and fill it (they didn’t have it available which is why we ended up in this terrible pharmacy) I think they just didn’t want to do the work to collect my insurance information.

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. Twice now, my doctor has called in prescriptions for me and has had to leave the request on their answering machine. Well apparently they don't check the messages in a timely manner because both times I wait at least 4 hours before checking on the RX status and both times was told "we never received them". This second time I asked Fred "have yall checked the answering machine messages" and he said they did and they had nothing. LIE, because miraculously 10 mins later I get a text msg that my RX is ready for pickup.

Terrible Pharmacy techs there is only like 1 or 2 girls I seen are super helpful one with long hair and the other with short hair. There is a gabriel or gabby one who is so rude and doesn't care about her Job. They need to fire the lazy techs and hire new techs this location is such a joke.

The technicians I've met are very sweet. But, the PCI "Fred" is usually never there. Calls in all the time. Is rude to customers. He acts very above and seems not to really care about his position. Choosing not to help someone just "because" isn't right. They have the right not to do certain things but this wasn't the case. I won't be going back here. I understand why they are rated 2 stars. You're better off going to HEB or Walmart. If you support this pharmacy your supporting bad manger's.

Horrible service in the pharmacy takes so long and then a woman who works in the pharmacy always has attitude an never tends to us the people who need their prescriptions she made me pay for my medication out of pocket because she refused to run it through my insurance always gave me excuses like your insurance won’t cover it oh an yesterday she told me to look for a different pharmacy and I did an my insurance ended up covering my medications I’ve been at this pharmacy since 2018 I’ve never made a report or anything until today especially because of how rude an unprofessional she is an how the pharmacy doesn’t do anything on how she treats the customers I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone and if you go here be aware of the red hair an how the pharmacy runs

Cvs is always clean and well stocked, their prices tend to be a bit higher than other store in the area. But they have a system in place that gives the customers better deals and saving with the coupons CVS provides it's customers.

The employees are super slow, they can’t do their job right. Their manger that doesn’t even care about the customers. He is sarcastic and looks like he hates his job. Every time I come here I am disappointed and waste time just watching them waiting to be greeted. Do not come here. Go to another location.

Customer service skills suck, no prescription is ever filled when it's supposed to be and they don't seem to care about "you" as a person. When you call your put on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes and that's if they pick up the phone. I only go here because I like the CVS chain and not Walgreens.

Its been 48 hours since I made a complaint to CVS corporate about pharmacist Fred De Leon. I went in to get my insulin on Saturday 3/4 well before 130 pm- their posted lunch time. I questioned the dosage and the pharmacist calculated and confirmed days were missing off my 90 day supply. Instead of handling it there for me he said to step to the side and wait. I watched 3-4 customers after me get served. Finally he came to me and said they have to rerun my script but i had to come back after lunch at 2pm. I disagreed and asked for my meds as is, i ran out of my insulin. This Pharmacist commented that he has to take his lunch and he will not fix my medication. I told him i have waited and need my meds now- I begged to take it as is. This unprofessional walked around the area but did nothing to help me. I asked to have it transferred to another location so I can leave but he ignored me and closed all the gates. I made a state and CVS complaint as this is unethical and against the law as my rx can be transferred. With help from the store manager and hearing i am making a corporate complaint my rx was miraculously transferred! This was still handled poorly on the pharmacist and it seems CVS doesnt care how their customers are treated as I still have not heard from CVS. This location's treatment of customers is beyond abhorrent and changes need to be made now so noone else's life needing medication is affected.

It's CVS, not unlike any other CVS one may have gone to before. Here, you can find medicines and some very off the wall as-seen-on-tv products as well as beer and chocolate. Whomever runs their in-store corporate marketing has very eclectic tastes.

The store is fine. The pharmacy techs are nice and do their job well. The pharmacist is a huge j**** I was just asking questions about a prescription that couldn't be filled because they were out of stock, and he kept responding with this sarcastic passive aggressive attitude. His tech was genuinely wanting to help me and he was acting like she was ridiculous for wanting to help. I've been going to that pharmacy for years now but because of him I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another company.
