I just looked at the receipt, and “Yvonne” is the name presented on the receipt for me just as another customer stated they had assist them tonight as well. I’m assuming this is the person who gave the absolute most terrible customer service I have ever encountered in my life, if that was truly her who checked me out and wasn’t using a register in another employee’s name (again, this female has dark hair, and very rude). Please address this and consider implementing some training to refocus intention and mannerisms in the workplace.

The pharmacy team tonight, 6/19/25 was absolutely unprofessional and rude. The pharmacy drive thru lane was awful, but I imagine this is a long standing problem here from the faces of the other patrons we noticed furiously driving off. They had customers waiting for absolutely no reason at all. In fact, after we were turned away from the second lane and told to get in the first one, we waited all over again and then waited another appx 6-7 minutes to be acknowledged sitting at the window (the dark haired female went about filing and organizing meds right in front of our faces, mouthing off to the others). Never a hello, nor smile, from not a single employee. At some point, finally, the dark haired female got on the prompter to ask if we were picking up or dropping off a prescription. Our medication was moved here due to our pharmacy closing, and we will never return to this pharmacy again in the future. As a healthcare provider I am so disappointed that this is what you are greeted with if feeling ill and picking up medication. I strive to always offer exceptional customer service and patient care regardless of who I may have encountered prior from one patient to the next. This is healthcare, people. This is what we signed up for. And just to note, you know when they turn their name badges over it’s because they are completely aware of their distasteful behavior as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. Beware of Lisa Spivey at the MinuteClinic. I arrived on time for my appt after traveling 20 mins out of my way. But was seen 30 mins late and she only had the other patients to blame. I was in severe sinus and joint discomfort cause it turns out I had the flu! How this woman “treated” me was like none other that I had before, in the worst way. I had been nauseous all day and even told her I had vomitted earlier. I was in such discomfort, I was hunched over and crying in pain when she took me back. I’m generally good with pain and she asked me on a scale of 1-10 how bad does this hurt? I told her an 8 and asked her if I could lie down cause the joints in my legs were shooting pain. I’ve never experienced this discomfort before. She said flat out no and “you’re not in that much pain, you only said an 8”. I was scared to talk back or speak up for myself because she was already in a terrible mood and saying she was too behind and it was my fault cause I put in the wrong treatment. Meanwhile I’m crying my eyes out and can’t even blink without having sinus pain. And even sitting hurt my legs! And she was reprimanding me over 4 times saying it’s my fault I filled out my application wrong. She rejected anything to help with my nausea so I still haven’t eaten yet. This woman says she’s “fed up” with her job cause no one can do anything right around there and she’s only temporary so she told me straight up she doesn’t care. And it shows but my care and health shouldn’t have to suffer, do better with who you hire CVS. These are just a few examples I have of this woman from my visit today, safe to say I do not feel that I was heard or cared for in a respectful manor. And the owner telling me
To call customer relations as a reply is a straight up joke. I reported that doctor 2 days later so they should have record of that and I was given a case number by their “investigator” and told id hear back in a week… 2 months later not a word. Shows how much they truly care about the customer, they can’t be bothered.

I am very medically complex and today I went to pick up prescriptions my doctor sent, plus asking them to help me transfer my meds over to this location from Walmart, and I had to get a vaccine. Every staff member was very patient with me and kind. No one made me feel rushed and everyone I interacted with answered all my questions & explained things throughly even for being busy. Was there a wait? Of course there was but that doesn’t matter to me. I’m looking forward to using this pharmacy more!

Called the pharmacy to see if a CVS gift card could be used a payment for my prescription and the response was “we can try it.” Not able to give a definite answer. How is that possible?

Idk how this CVS has such a low rating, I always get my prescriptions quickly and without issue. Store is clean and well lit, and when I pick up other products I never have an issue.
I moved recently, and was a little worried about how low the locations near me were rated, but seeing this CVS have 3 stars makes me think both of them are probably going to be 5 star locations too

Taylor is very rude. She’s sounds miserable with her life. Taylor needs to touch some grass or hug a tree. Taylor needs to figure out if this is the job she wants. Taylor sweetheart. I hope you have better days.
