If I could give 0 stars I would. The Make Pharmacist that was the 05/23/2025 at 4pm is VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. He needs to be taught hospitality especially in his line of work. Very rude facial expressions. Made me uncomfortable and embarrassed around the other customers.

My 90 year old grandmother bought Amazon gift cards from this CVS for the second year in a row. This year she bought 4 $100 gift cards to Amazon and they were tampered with. Some did not have a peel sticker and some of the peel stickers were scratched and peeled incorrectly. This is the second year in a row that she has had this issue. When we told the store manager and they told me to call the 1-800-Shop-cvs company number.
DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS CVS. Joshua the manager at the time was the only person that was helpful and took the time to care about this major issue that was happening in the store.

Austin was so helpful last night when I had technically issues in printing copies for work. He really went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed done. He was pleasant and patient with my questions, also even though I went in just before closing time. I will definitely go back to his store on Wurzbach more often, knowing I will receive fabulous service!
