Several times I have gone in to do a money order and the machine is down. You should just remove this service if you cannot get this fixed.

Terrible service, came to print one page takes the gentleman 25 min to print one page and there no other employees in the store. To help any of the other customers.

Trash can pharmacy. You can’t even call and talk to the pharmacy anymore with a simple question. The automated message won’t let you talk to a person you have to leave a message and it will take over an hour for a call back.

Horrible service the self check out don’t take discounts on in-store credit the guy with long hair with glasses just points at things I scan the credit it says invalid coupon and he scans his badge and it works and has me put my phone # after putting finish and pay I scan the coupon and it doesn’t give me an option for my phone number until he scans his badge

Just left CVS Dezavala and had the huge misfortune of dealing with the store manager named Lupita. She was literally the worst manager I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This says a lot as I work in HR. I hope to never have to step into this or any other cvs ever!

Visited this morning with my daughter. The store is pretty clean compared to most. Anthony welcomed us at the door and was so helpful and professional. It made our day that he was genuinely nice and provided such great service.

Had to switch my prescriptions to this CVS since the one closer to me closed down. This location is terrible, you wait forever in line even when they are not busy and they hardly know what’s going. 3rd world service in a supposed first world country.
