Went to the CVS for a few items and was approached by a man in the parking lot who asked me for money. When I told him no he began to yell and curse at me calling me a "mean B@&$!". I told the manager who called the police but of course he ran away. Be careful in the parking lot at this location.

Wow guys really? I was here for a simple flu shot, I was provided with another patient's info and told to fill out a form. Waited in the filthy waiting area, dirty needles falling out of the biohazrd container, dirty cotton balls and used ban aids on floor. And they just opened an hour ago. I was kept waiting for so long and it was uncomfortable, I just wanted to walk out of this place. Please do not keep me waiting next time CVS, today you were straight up rude and nasty dirty. I hope I don't get sick from coming here.

Worst pharmacy location in the world. Irresponsible, lazy, dumb, tardy, inefficient staff. Just resting their over healthy posteriors and do nothing.

For a Pharmacy, I always have trusted CVS. They always have very good customer service and great deals, discounts and best of all I love the occasional Extra Bucks. I even used to work at one of their Pharmacy Benefit Management offices, that's why I know what CVS values as a company are. Now, even I'm working at a different company (a huge Worlwide health insurance company) I still go to CVS . I went to this particular CVS only because it's the one closest to home that have the Moderna COVID booster available. Plus, it's given that I already have the confidence because hey, it's CVS. But lo and behold, this is my first ever negative experience with CVS in years. The ratings is actually zero star for this particular CVS (no option to give zero star) because of the incompetent pharmacist that administered my COVID booster vaccine. I went last Wednesday December 8, my appointment was scheduled at 5pm. I already did my feedback when their system prompted me to do the satisfaction survey. But hey, it's their own survey and am not really confident that they would take my feedback seriously, it's been two days since and I never heard anything back from them. I really waited on them as chance to rectify the issue and I let my emotion die down too. The pharmacist who did a very serious mistake, her name is Alice Onchari, RPh., should not be working there at all. It's really serious because she indicated on my vaccination administration information that she injected the vaccine on my Right Deltoid. But it was administered on my Left! Who knows what else she erroneously reported or other mistakes she did before, or that day. This is a gross negligence, inaccurate reporting/information. I have no issue with the technology/app CVS utilizes to schedule, check in and all because it's been seamless and user friendly. I have always use their app whenever I go to minute clinic, and during those past minute clinic visits, the NPs are very professional and accurate with their documentations. It may not be a life threatening gross error for me but inaccurate reporting on my vaccine administration information is a serious deal. It's my personal health information that we are talking about here, and it's SERIOUS!!!!! To the hugest nth power!!!! Alice Onchari, RPh is a joke, and it's not funny because it's my health information. I don't know what CVS needs to do, or what action they need to take since this is a living person's health information. THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!! CVS, you need to take action on this SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! Will never go back to this particular CVS and not recommending it to anyone!

I walked up this morning to redeem my free OTC benefit for the first time. The lady at the pharmacy told me Togo to Atalie 17 and look for products with a blue label. I went to stale 17 which was poorly stocked. A young lady who worked there asked if I was finding what I needed so I explained to her why I was there. I needed a calcium/zinc supplement, but none were on the shelf so went to another part of the store to find them. I also chose two bags of Epsom salts and some alcohol wipes. At the counter h was told the supplements were not on the list so I had to leave without. Walked to Walmart and paid for a supplement.

Very disappointed to have ordered 115 prints online for 1-hour in-store pickup. I paid extra and upon walking in 20 minutes after the order should have been ready, the photos had yet to be released to the printer. Not very happy especially considering I am not reimbursed in any fashion for their flop.

This CVS has now been re-branded as a CVS --y más! And pretty much that's what it is. A drugstore and more! This is a good spot to pick up some essentials when I don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of Super Target a further ways up. I've picked up milk and snacks here with little issue. They also have the large sports bottles of Propel... total godsends, because on these brutal hot days that's the best thing to drink, especially if your car doesn't have AC. I have no qualms with this CVS. The prices are a little higher than your normal grocery store, but I'm okay with that if it means a super quick trip with no fuss.
