Pharmacy has terrible service, socialize on the job while customers are clearly waiting. Repeatedly telling me they didnt get script when dr office assured me 3 times they had it and even called them. But they needed to go to lunch instead of helping a child get meds. They are not serious here. Found out the management in Pharmacy changed that makes total sense. It was fun while it lasted heading to my HEB ✌️

I am a former employee when Holly Bourbo was store manager. During my tenure, company policy was always “honor the price, even if a tag is outdated”. Sometimes manufacturers raise prices and tags aren’t updated, sometimes sales end etc. Either way, it is the employee’s responsibility to update said pricing information and remove old/expired tags so the customer can budget accordingly. That being said, I was denied a .30 price modification due to an expired tag that had not been removed. When I questioned the employee about the price, she went and reviewed the shelf, removed the tag and simply informed me that this price must have expired. Not only did she refuse me the chance to view the tag, but made a big deal about how price modifications were against company policy. Ultimately, I simply took my business elsewhere. Customer service here has gone down so much since I was an employee, have never had this issue at Walgreens

I’ve been to many different CVS locations all across the country. This is by far one of the best. Both the pharmacy staff and the store staff have always been courteous, professional and just plain nice.Reading some of the negative reviews I would say some people don’t understand that the pharmacy is not always in control of the availability of drugs.

I got off urgent care and came to get my medicine cause the CVS text said my medicine was ready. When I got there Meagan told me they were about to close in 10 minutes and only one medicine was ready. I ask if she could at least fill the ones for pain up and she said that it would take the same time to fill up one than 5 that she couldn't do it. Even if is 10 minutes till closing you should be able to get your medicine if within the hours of operations. So with all the pain I have after my sciatic nerve is pinch and I can't barely drive she made me go to another CVS that is 24 hours open and after I get there Meagan told me to give the other pharmacy 30 minutes to fill them up that all she could do was transfer my medicine over there. I really pray that this girl never experienced this pain and not be able to get her medicine. This is just wrong no matter how you see it. She just wanted to get off early and I understand but you don't play with people's health like that. I am so disappointed after all the effort I did with the pain to drive over there to get my medicine. No customer service or compassion at all.

Jo and Ebony took great care of me in getting my first Shingrix injection. Jo took great care on the pre and post administrative phase and Ebony took great care in administering the injection. It didn’t hurt either!! They took any concerns I was feeling and put me at ease and it was quick, too. They are a great team. That’s the kind of people I want on my side. ❤️❤️

This is the worst pharmacy. They NEVER have anything filled when they are supposed to. I always have to waste hours out of my day to go back and forth to actually end up getting the prescription. The people that work there are either lazy or just clueless. I waited 24 hours to go and pick up my 10 month olds prescription because I figured it HAD to have been ready by then, only to get there for them to say oh it’s out of stock let me see if we got it in… 5 minutes later she comes back to say they got it in but they were going to lunch so I’d have to come back in 2 hours to pick it up. My daughter is wheezing and needs the steroid. How hard is it to just do your job and not have the worst customer service? I have never had a good experience with this location. Do not waste your time here and use the other CVS location on Bulverde Rd. if you have to use a CVS for your pharmacy.

Employees are unable to make a decision to help customers. What's the use of checking myself out if equipment doesn't work correctly and coupons don't work? Wasted over an hour trying to purchase 6 items, only to be told sorry we're not allowed to fix it because Employees have stolen in the past! You can always come another time or go somewhere else! Unbelievable that I had to leave without my purchase.

What started off as a bad experience, turned in a great display of customer service by Ingrid. (Pharmacy Technician) She did a great job of explaining the delay and made some quick calls to get my RX filled. I am very grateful for her assistance. ?

Don't have signs and websites show you are open until 12 if you are going to lock your doors 5 minutes early! I rushed to get there for items because my 11 month year rocked back and bumped her head... Sad that y'all seen me outside and when I started knocked the Mexican female and black male ignored me and then turned off the lights and it was not 12 am. Check the cameras!

PHARMACY...I would give it zero stars if I could. They received my daughter's perscription 24 hours before they actually allowed us to have it. It wasn't the first perscription from her medical team that they had received and filled. But it was Haliperodol. They couldn't get a hold of medical team nor did they call us. Long story short, they came up with 4 different reasons to refuse to fill it. The final one, after sitting in line for 20 minutes, was that it wasn't ready, come back in 30 minutes, they said. So we did, then they LIED to us saying they tried to call us. No call record on our phones. This was after we sat in another line for another 20 minutes. They said the perscription medication was almost expired so they called it in to nacogdoches location. I'd been explaining to them that my daughter was now THREE doses behind because of their gauntlets. We drove to nacogdoches and sat in line. Then they said it wasn't ready because they had just received the call 5 minutes earlier. Not 30 minutes from the time it was "supposedly" called in.MY DAUGHTER SUFFERED DILLUSIONS THAT NIGHT because CVS refused to do the right thing and get her perscription to her in time. I am transferring all my business to HEB. Convenience isn't worth the ineptitude and disregard. Zero compassion and follow through. Shame on them . To put a young woman through such a circus just to get her medication is a travesty. They are responsible for triggering her hallucinations. Callous disregard! I will also be giving my business to Walgreens.I have been a CVS customer for years. I have their frequent customer membership. I'll be canceling that membership.
