CVS has always been the problem child out of all the pharmacies and they’ve only gotten worse. It takes them way too long to answer their phones so to alleviate that problem they have it set up to where you have leave a message for them to call back who knows when. You can’t just talk to anyone. All I needed to know was if they had a drug in stock that I needed to start. My pharmacy didn’t have it. So I called the doctor’s line 🤷🏻♀️ And the girl who answered transferred me to their voicemail without warning, after throwing in some attitude for calling the doctor’s line, instead of just taking 2 minutes to check. Their customer service is trash.

I’ve never been more disappointed and outraged with a pharmacy in my life. I was extremely sick yesterday — fever, chills, body aches — and my doctor prescribed me five essential medications to help me recover. Desperate to start treatment quickly, I chose this CVS on Nacogdoches because it’s closer to my new home. That was a huge mistake.
Unlike the CVS on Thousand Oaks, where I’ve always been treated with care and urgency, this location was the exact opposite — slow, careless, and shockingly unprofessional. After hours of waiting, I went in person to ask for help, only to be met with a pharmacy tech who shrugged and said, “It’s been chaos,” like that somehow justified the delay. I told him I was seriously ill and needed my medication right away — his response? “I’ll call you when it’s ready,” with zero empathy or concern. He literally shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me like I was an inconvenience.
I was in pain, weak, and barely able to stand — and this is the level of service and compassion I received from a place that’s supposed to help people when they’re at their most vulnerable. No apology, no urgency, no basic human decency.
If you value your health, your time, or just being treated with a shred of respect when you’re sick, do yourself a favor and avoid this CVS. This kind of neglect is unacceptable and dangerous.

easy to fill prescriptions, easy to find over the counter relief medicine, and the workers at the front and in the pharmacy are always nice and eager to help.

Well stocked, well lighted, easy access, quick in and out shopping, good pharmacy, competitively priced, pleasant personnel, comprehensive convenient hours, easy close parking with plenty of room, clean store and surrounding area.

I purchased an item on clearance and I decided before I left the store that I wanted to return it but I was told it was final sale after I paid and I went to check the website. I don’t see anything on the website stating clearance items are final sale and I didn’t see any signs inside the store I think that they should have this information both in store near the clearance and online!!!

Quick shopping trip and I had no trouble finding what I needed. I was able to check out very quickly. The young man who was helping me was so pleasant and professional, smiling all the while. Such a positive interaction! Keep up the great customer service ?

CVS Pharmacy at 15038 Nacogdoches I order On-line and within minutes my order is ready to be picked up. All the Team Members are welcoming when me or my husband come in. Hat's off to the Team Member who does my shopping for us.

I have put up with a lot from this store over the years, from terrible service and rude employees, mis-marked sale prices, to incompetent management policies and the worst self checkout stations in existence because it was nice to have a store so close that i could run in and grab whatever between grocery store runs. Now that they apparently stopped carrying milk there is no reason to ever go back
