They suck and they are rude. For every thing my doc sends over prescribed they just tell me to get off inside and get it. it has to be ordered and to come back next week on a Monday it's Tuesday and still not ordered. I'll be switching back to heb pharmacy soon. Calls go to voice-mail ans i dont get a call back and when I gave a call today after googling the number she told me not to press the option to speak to a doctor if I'm calling for prescription but all I did was call the number I googled for the pharmacy. I'm 7.5 months pregnant with 2 toddlers. It's too hard to get 2 toddlers out my car just so they can tell me the same thing inside. And get back out and load my kiddos back in the car. And do it all again another day. I'm frustrated with this pharmacy and it's not the first time.

I've never experienced such terrible service for my family member's medication management and it has This location is so overwhelmed that it's like hunting in the wilderness to get your prescription filled. Prescription 9 days overdue and they require you to come inside the store and standby while they fill it. You're creating a health crisis leaving patients dangerously low on medication that cant quickly get out to your location and beg you for a refill. Besides that I pity their some of their employees who are trying their best. In all my life I've never experienced pharmacists refusing to fill medication prescribed by a licensed doctor whom patient has been seeing for almost 2 years. Yes the doctor is out of city limits but patient sees doctor IN person in adherence with all Texas laws. It baffles me why they would refuse a medication because of this. It shows a clear lack of understanding towards patients who have to travel outside city limits to get specialized care. We've traveled to the Mayo clinic in Minnesota for patient so if San Antonio doesn't have a doctor specialized for patient then we have to go to the nearest city in Texas that does have that specialist. Who are you to judge?! The only reason we came to this CVS location is because it's closer to our home and God forbid we try to make something accessible for patient's care. Instead the decisions of this location just makes the life of patient and caregiver who is dealing with multiple health issues so much harder. I am reporting this to every agency I find.

Absolutely disgusting the way the pharmacy talks to their customers. I've been prescribed medication for over 10 years now, always been the same quantity. Walgreens shut down so I had to move to CVS. Never Ever again will I do business with CVS.. my doctor sent my prescription, last filled 5/28/25 at this same CVS. And now the pharmacy doesn't want to fill it because they said it's to Many. We they just filled it last month. This is absolutely ridiculous, I need my medication and they refuse to fill it. Texas has the dumbest pharmacy law ever. I will file a complaint and take this to the board. Absolutely unacceptable the way they talked to me because I was trying to figure out why it's a issue all of a sudden. #BanCVS!

By far the slowest and most understaffed pharmacy I have ever seen.

If you have any issue with a prescription, they are NO help. You can’t call to speak to anyone. They make you leave a message but never return your call. You have to go in person and hope the line is short.

CVS on FM 78 is without a doubt my preferred pharmacy. However, the attentive employees are clearly overwhelmed by the high number of customers at the pharmacy counter. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and I would even say, dedicated. Still, I believe that both the team and the customers would greatly benefit from additional support and staffing in this specific area—especially now that a nearby pharmacy has closed, increasing the demand at this location.

This location took our prescription. We went to pick up one the others weren’t ready. We were told to wait for text. Received text to come after 5 pm. Got there at 5:06 they were closed putting things up no explanation except that was the automatic system. Next day arrived to find the pharmacy inexplicably closed. Then I called another CVS and had it transferred. We had to suffer for an additional day and ½. They could have told us they were having issues.

Do not send your prescriptions here. The pharmacy is not functioning. Call your doctor and have the prescription transferred anywhere else, never here.

I’ve been using cvs located on Fm78 for at least 13 years and all the employees have been great but their are two that are so joyous. Their names are Madeline and Daisy they are in the pharmacy department. They are so beautiful and so kind. They always have a smile on their face which is so heart warming and welcoming. They are so helpful and they make me smile which fills my soul with sunshine.I really do enjoy those two. They are so pleasant. Their customer service in my opinion is perfect. Their kindness and smiles are priceless. Your customer Gary Griffin

The pharmacists David and Jose are complete idiots and horribly incompetent. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum wasted my damn time for 2 days about my medication that I never even got. I guess it must be pretty easy to become a pharmacist at CVS if those bozos have jobs there. Never again will I step foot in a CVS. Pendejos.

I’m given three stars because the team member was so helpful and polite. Going to buy my vitamins with my gift card from my insurance so I have to go to CVS. My vitamins nature made vitamin super C 60 count is $16. And of course out of stock. Have to order it online for $16. When the same exact bottle is $7.99 at Amazon. But my insurance card is only good at CVS. CVS you can do better with pricing. Atnea health given Medicare people over-the-counter money, but making them spend it at one of the most expensive stores. And these are the people every dollar means so much. There wasn’t for the team member you would be at one star

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I've had multiple issues with them. Todays issue was my last with them. I'll be choosing another pharmacy.
