This place is horrible they make u come inside to apply a coupon this stand in line forever then have to step to another line to apply coupon then get back in the line u was just in to pay n check out even after the line is now long. They don't answer the phones and it seems they don't answer because they are too busy having personal conversations. All these people inside and calls are constantly on hold and the line is long and line outside long as wella. They are rude and very sarcastic. And CVS is only pharmacy like this that I've been too ... sucks that u don't feel good and they don't make anything easy for you. Sad so sad

Worst CVS ever! I did not use the minute clinic or the pharmacy. Walked into the store, there was no one up front or nearby to ask questions. Finally found an employee, she seemed to be the store manager, was totally rude!! She didn't offer any help and seemed bothered by my questions. She asked me to use the self checkout, I said no, again was bothered that she had to do her job. Customer service is the worst. I'm never going back to this store!

I went to CVS to pick up a medication and was told they are out of stock. I have the app and the app says “in progress” not out of stock. So when I go to the pharmacy on FM 78 first they have people waiting in line no acknowledgment or saying be right with you. You can’t call because they don’t answer. When I was there let I could hear 3 pharmacy calls waiting, and no one picked the phone up. Their customer service was horrible and I am praying to God I can transfer my prescription.

I tried setting an appointment online 3 times over the span of 3 days for an immunization vaccine prescribed by my doctor and covered by my insurance, and 3 times it got canceled by the pharmacy with no explanation why. I was on hold multiple times on the phone trying to set said appointment or even get someone on the phone to explain why my appointment got canceled. The first time I got through to someone, a woman assisted with a little information on why it may have gotten canceled and took down some insurance information from me to try helping me out. However, the final time I spoke with someone over the phone to give the pharmacy the info they wanted from me, I spoke with a long haired young man who had plenty of attitude and zero desire to want to help me. I offered the information they asked for the days prior multiple times to this man but he said he didn't want to take it over the phone, even though the woman I spoke to the day before was able to. He stated they were way too busy that evening and I'd have to wait without a set appointment in order to be helped. I asked if he could help me set an appointment over the phone since they kept canceling mine that I set online. He said no, which made no sense to me since they had the ability to cancel all my appointments. Therefore that left me with no choice but to walk in and wait and potentially waste more of my time coming in again for nothing since they wouldn't give me the immunization even after stating I could pay out of pocket if not covered by insurance. I had to go in and while talking to the pharmacist about the vaccine, the male long-haired tech I was on the phone with earlier interrupted by saying he doesn't think we have that vaccine. Literally no one was talking to him (myself nor the pharmacist). Luckily the pharmacist said she would check for me anyways, which they did have! The pharmacist then checked my insurance, updated my contact info (without providing the new information they were asking for the days prior) and somehow it magically worked this time and I was fully covered and qualified for the vaccine I spent 3 days trying to get in the first place... amazing! While waiting the 30 minutes for my vaccine, I stayed nearby and heard the staff in the pharmacy talking trash the whole time about customers and paid breaks with profanity sprinkled throughout. The overall outcome I needed was attained but it didn't come without time and money wasted going to the pharmacy, calling my insurance to verify what I already knew (that I had sufficient coverage) and dealing with the unprofessional staff on duty. Some better training needs to be had regarding customer service experience and customer data collection so these issues don't happen again. Do better!

If I didn't have to use CVS pharmacy I wouldn't. I have a horrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. HEB would NEVER!

I only give this location a 2 because the employees in the front are wonderful. The pharmacy is terrible. I waited a month for something that was on "back order, they never could tell me when it would be in. I got fed up and switched to Walmart, they had it in 4 days. This location has gone downhill and it's only getting worse.

If i could give 0/5 stars, I would. This pharmacy refused to apply my goodrx coupon to my prescription. Attempted to tell me it did not work, not knowing I work in this industry. They just refused to do the work.

Waited in a 30 minute line to get a prescription for my infant. Realized when I got home that the antibiotic wasn't mixed and I received powder. Thankfully I knew that it was supposed to be mixed..... will not be coming back.

I have been using this pharmacy quite heavily for several years as we have a special needs daughter who has a bunch of meds. The store used to be kind of dumpy and dirty, but since the remodel the environment is a lot more inviting. I can't say enough about the pharmacy staff. They always call me by name, help me out, and treat me like family. On numerous occasions, they have gone the extra mile to assist me even with my daughter's weird medication and correcting billing. The pharmacy is always very busy, but they are very friendly and helpful and deserve credit to taking some of the stress off of care-givers like us.

Went to CVS on 10/20/2023 and scheduled an appt. Everything I read said your insurance will be billed. I get to CVS and I was told insurance no longer pays for test. The charged me $70. I paid $70, took my test at 10:30 am - no results, called at 4:30 spoke with Alex (on duty pharmacist) he said the system was down. 2 hours later I get a message I was negative. I call the pharmacy and I'm told something is wrong with system and I am positive. At this point I felt like asking for my $70 back.

Going in to purchase something from the pharmacy for your child that they need and being met with horrible customer service is truly sad. Especially when you are approaching them with a smile and a friendly hello.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Asked for a manager and the manager had no idea how to do their job. Long lines no clear communication with other employees. I go across town purposely not to come in here but had to today and It is the same as always y'all need new managers and y'all's district manager needs to up their game when it comes to customer service modules not wonder the business here is going down the drain.

Not a bad place with friendly people. However the owner doesn't care about upkeep. There's a nasty splatter of BBQ sauce on the pharmacy window for a couple weeks now.
