I want to take a moment to recognize an amazing employee at CVS. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he truly deserves to be acknowledged. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. He went out of his way to assist us and showed genuine empathy the entire time. That level of care is rare to find. He is truly the best, and CVS is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

Have a lot,of hard to find vitamins,supplements,good baby care aisle,and laundry detergent some kinds are less than Walmart,also have ice by the bags when grocery stores sell out,they also have Mexican dry natural drink mixes,and Mexican apple sodas,all different kinds of things you can't find elsewhere,if you have the card with the phone number you can get discounts on makeup and hair care products or certain percentages off of hair care and powdered bleach with L'Oréal developer,nice toners and all the things you might have to have,some nicer than Sally's.

This CVS is the absolute worst! If I could give no stars, I would. The pharmacy techs are the rudest and most dense morons I have ever had to deal with at a pharmacy. There is no way those people have the qualifications to work there. For god sake CVS, hire qualified people, who have people interactions skills, that are needed for that position. This was not just once that I have experienced this type of unprofessional, under qualified behavior from the staff. This is a reoccurring problem! And from the other reviews, I am most definitely not the only one experiencing this problem.

I was prescribed a pain medication for myself on June 30, 2024 at approx. 8pm. The only reason the Dr. sent it to CVS was because it was open 24 hrs. Well it wasn't to be ready till after 2am! When l was called someone answered and immediately was put on hold. 1st time 20m, 2nd time an hour and nobody answered!!! I remained in pain. When l finally got to speak to the pharmacist this morning he was very rude. Had my antibiotic transferred to HEB and will stick to otc meds before l ever give CVS a penny!

staff has a horrible attitude and talks to customers like they are stupid. The pharmacist is also incredibly rude and seems disinterested in doing anything at all really. not only do they take forever to fill a prescription but trying to get a transfer from this pharmacy to another is like pulling teeth. constantly having to call back and forth just to transfer one medication….just ridiculous.

Horrible experience. If y’all just going to have a horrible attitude just find a new job. You work to help people not to make them feel worse by coming here just to receive medication. Disappointed with the staff here. Be grateful you guys are lucky to even have a job, you don’t know what the people coming to you may have or got going on. Cooperate needs to have this whole staff changed or put more pressure on them to give good customer service.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. I’ve had issues every time I’ve been here after urgent care visits. Forgotten medications, partially filled medications, received the wrong medications, won’t fill medications they get via phone/fax, won’t answer their phones, etc. DO NOT rely on this place for anything urgent.
