Angela is AWESOME! I only go to this pharmacy location. Angela remembers clients and always has a pleasant smile on her face. I feel like I'm in a small town pharmacy. On this visit, an intern assisted me as I was picking up my daughter's prescription. I had already checked out. She heard my last name and told me to wait, there was another prescription. It was the one I was actually there to pick up. If it had not been for her attentiveness and care for her clients, I would have left without the prescription I needed.

Pharmacist on power trip. I was prescribed a " controlled substance " and picked up in June , about a month ago. I asked if this prescription could be picked up by someone else and they said YES. Today I learn that person picking up my prescription, which I've been taking for three years now, cannot be filled from Circle medical. Rude, demeaning and obnoxious. Where are all my people with empathy at? Disgusting that they want to push all of their tox 17 vaccines but I can't even get my prescription!!! Lol lol lol

The worst service. The pharmacist was very rude. She left me on hold for 24 minutes. When she came back to the phone she didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had been on hold that long. Then she said oh your prescriptions from another CVS pharmacy let me give you that number. I said you’ve had me on hold for 24 minutes and all I’m asking is what that medication is for you can see what the medication is for and you can tell me since I’ve been on hold for 24 minutes. She said uh no and disconnected the call.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service. From the pharmacist down. Never been able to pick up prescriptions on time. Drove up twice. Once after being told I have to wait a month and another to wait a couple hours. Waited and nothing

Horrible experience!This CVS has the worse customer service.Horrible! There is a Short fat girl that work there she has no empathy with the elderly.And I was just walking by and over heard what was happening. Bad!This lady should be fired

I needed a medicine for my wife got there at 10:55 pm and they were already closed they just look at me and walk away. They say they close at 11pm

Maria the pharmacist was amazing to deal with. Our 87 year old mother came for her COVID-19 booster shot. She has a difficult time getting around and Maria came out to the car to administer the dosage. She was so kind and thoughtful. I can not thank her enough.

The one star is for the pharmacy itself. It's completely disorganized and lacking professionalism. Ended up moving my prescriptions to another store.

This place has been a total nightmare to deal with. I have been chasing my ivermectin prescription all over town. I keep getting told "we don't have it in stock but let me give you a phone number to a store that DOES have it in stock" only to call that number and be told the SAME thing there and given yet another number... over and OVER. I got bounced around to virtually every CVS in San Antonio and I'm still no closer to filling my prescription. These guys are absolutely horrible to deal with.
